I have purchased frames from Vossington…
I have purchased frames from Vossington before. This is my 3 rd purchase and the only time I have been disappointed. The frames is beautiful wood but one of the corners has a gap. There is no way to push or “close” the corner (gap). Not sure if I’ll keep it.

High quality frame
High quality frame, looks great. Color wasn't quite right for my print so I initiated a return and was offered a 50% refund to keep the frame instead. I took the return since it's a nice frame that I'll find another use for.

Fantastic Customer Service!
I've updated my review after working directly with Hadisa at Vossington who has gone over and beyond to rectify my late and lost delivery. She's refunded my original (lost) purchase in full and re-shipped the item, along with a bonus item of my personal choosing, compliments of Vossington. Based on this interaction, I will absolutely shop with Vossington in the future again.
