We purchased 2 blowers from Vortex…
We purchased 2 blowers from Vortex Haus. We did have issues with one blower. The customer service has been amazing, very responsive and totally honoring the warranty.

The customer service was absolutely…
The customer service was absolutely excellent. The representative was incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our communication. The product itself looks great with a very nice finish, but what truly stood out to me was the outstanding service experience. This level of support definitely deserves a 5-star rating. Highly appreciated!

Have not received blower
Have not received blower. I ordered on December 31, it’s now January 16 and shipping info shows it should have arrived Jan 14. Emailed Vortex, waiting for response.

Well it didn’t start out great but as the process continued I was amazed at the honesty and quick response times from the vortexhaus team!! There customer service representatives are second to none!! I haven’t received service like that for 30 years !!

Juice not worth the squeeze
Fair warning, this blower costs $200 bucks and it does not come with a battery or a charger. Simply a piece of plastic. It's decently strong, but you will be spending $350 bucks by the time you buy a battery and charger. Also, to make things harder - they don't stock any chargers, so you have to go out and find that on your own. It works for about 15 minutes on one battery, so having a second battery is handy - now you are at like $450 bucks total. Its not worth it. They

I RECEIVED MY BLOWER AND I LOVE IT! I CAN’T WAIT TO USE IT WHEN I WASH MY MOTORCYCLE IN THE SPRING. IT WORKS GREAT BLOWING SNOW OF MY DECK RIGHT NOW. IT WORKS AS ADVERTISED
