Gary, this is exactly what we want an online purchase from us to feel like: simple, quick, and if there’s an issue, handled by a real person who owns it. I’m glad Kerbie got you sorted immediately. Appreciate you saying it was one of your best online buys – that’s a high bar. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)

Mark, I actually laughed at this – in a good way. The whole point of our support team is to be the opposite of a script or a robot. I’m glad Diane showed you that quickly and got the complaint resolved the right way. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)

Joseph, thank you for doing the homework. When someone researches jet blowers for a month and picks us, we know we have to earn that trust. Hearing that the size, build quality and wind speed matched what you expected – and that you still feel it’s the best after trying it – is exactly the feedback we build on. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)

John, this is the vision: one small, strong tool that goes from bikes to motorhome to floors without feeling like overkill. I’m glad the build quality and power lived up to what you were hoping for. Thanks for putting it to work in so many places and recommending it. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)

Carolyn, I appreciate you giving us a chance to fix it. We’ll still have the occasional unit that slips through – what matters to me is that by the time we’re done, you feel confident telling people “they stood behind it.” I’m glad that was your experience. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)

Ruben, you’re right to be angry about that experience, and I’m glad you spelled it out this clearly. If a unit fails on first use, you should not be getting a box of parts and a homework assignment. That’s a miss on our side – both operationally and philosophically. You bought a finished tool, not a kit. We do sometimes send parts when a customer specifically wants to repair rather than replace, but in a first‑use failure like yours, the default should be a full replacement or refund. That’s on me. Here’s what I’d like to do: (1) If you’re willing, email [email protected] with the subject line “Trustpilot – Ruben M”. (2) We’ll either: - Ship you a complete replacement unit and you can send the broken one to recycling, or - Take it back and refund you so you’re not stuck with something you don’t trust. And internally, I’ll be using your review as a training example for when we should not lead with “here are parts” as the solution. Thank you for holding our feet to the fire on this. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)

John, thanks for sharing this. When someone calls out both the product and the way a problem was handled, that’s exactly the combo we’re aiming for. I’m glad Marielle got you taken care of quickly. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)

Virginia, this is perfect – when both you and your husband are using it around the house, that tells me we got the size/power tradeoff right. Compact enough that it’s not intimidating, strong enough that you keep reaching for it. Appreciate you sharing that. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)
