All positive, nothing negative
It was an easy ordering experience, quick delivery and most importantly, a product that exceeded my expectations. I have used this to help dry off my car, clean off the porch and clear away the dust from a recent dust storm. It does it all and keeps on going

I appreciate how simple and strong this is: easy ordering, quick delivery, and a blower that exceeded expectations across car drying, porch cleaning, and even dust storms. That “keeps on going” line is exactly what we like to hear. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus

This company refunded half of my order, good support and happy to use VortexHaus, thank you
This company took payment and 3 weeks later tracking the supposed shipment it says usps is waiting for the item. They don't respond to my emails and I caution people not to do any business with this shady company.

David, I really appreciate you coming back to update this after a rough start. A three‑week “waiting for item” tracking status is maddening, and you were right to be skeptical and call us out. I’m glad the team owned it, refunded half your order, and earned back enough trust that you still want to use the product. We’re using your original experience as a live case for tightening how we handle delayed shipments and communication so fewer people ever feel what you felt on day one. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)

Simon, I’m glad it’s earning a place on your work sites and not just at home. When a tool is powerful and handy enough that you tell “everyone” to get one, we know we’re doing something right. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus

Really great customer service experience
Customer service was excellent, better than anything I was expecting. Helpful and very responsive. That makes all the difference and I would not hesitate to recommend this product (which is excellent so far) anyone.

Amazed by the power of this lightweight tool. So handy. We live in a windy part of the state and get a lot of debris on our porch. No need to haul out the broom or big blower— what a timesaver.
Response from VortexHaus USAug 13, 2026
Eileen, this is the picture I love: windy state, porch constantly full, and instead of dragging out a broom or big blower you just grab the lightweight unit and you’re done. Time saver is the whole point. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus

Great Product
This thing is crazy powerful and as light as a feather, you can actually fell it pushing against your hand. Also their customer service is great. My shipping got hung up, I sent an email, and got an immediate response. My unit arrived the next day.

Car wash vs Vortexhaus
For years I've driven some of my cars through car washes. They blow water off at the exit and you can drive off and end up with water spots or park if you paid for an upgrade and watch them blow out crevices, but still end up with water spots. I saw the VortesxHaus Turbo Jet 3.0 and decided to take a chance because I have a car I will never drive through the car wash. I spent hundreds on microfiber towels but they always leave fibers all over the car. Especially noticeable on the windshield when driving. I always have water spots once I get home because I can't blow out the crevices where water collects. Cleanup is a mess. I have the DeWalt battery version. One battery was more than enough to do the whole car. No water spots when I got home. One thing I've noticed after a few days of driving the car is road dust does not stick to the car near as much as when I hand dried the car with microfiber towels. Perhaps all those stuck fibers were adding to the problem. The TurboJet DB v3.0 makes going to the DIY carwash so much easier. My one suggestion is to add a trigger lock to the unit. As an older guy with some issues it would help since my hand gets tired holding it for long periods of time. I know it won't help today but if I need to have it replaced it would be nice for a newer model to already have this feature. Great product.

Geoff, this is a fantastic real‑world comparison: car wash blowers, towels, fibers everywhere versus a single DeWalt battery and a clean, spot‑free car. Thank you as well for the trigger lock suggestion – we’ve heard this from other older customers and it’s on our design list for future versions. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus
