told me they had a product in stock and charge my card and they didnt have the item very frustrating got a refund but really needed the product
Response from voomisupply.comFeb 25, 2026
Hi Paul, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused. We understand how disappointing it is to place an order for an item shown as in stock, only to find out later that it was unavailable—especially when you needed the product urgently. While we’re glad we were able to process your refund promptly, we recognize that this does not make up for the inconvenience and lost time. Your feedback has been shared with our team as we continue improving inventory visibility and communication with our warehouse to prevent this from happening again. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and regret that we couldn’t meet your expectations on this order. Sincerely, Voomi Supply Customer Support Team
