I've traveled worldwide, and with my Vonage phone, people can call my local number wherever I am. It's a personal line, not a business line. The advantage is that you can be anywhere, and people think they are calling you at home.

Vonage automatically bills your credit card for the yearly subscription; however, they do not email, mail or otherwise notify you that your subscription is renewing. I have been a 19 year customer and when I tried to cancel they will not give any type of refund for the unused portion of the bill. I have a $313 yearly subscription that actually cost $493 after they add 'fees'. In my opinion it is bad customer service to have rules in place that ONLY benefit the company without regard for the customer.

I give Vonage Extensions a 5! Every representative is on point since they know their job very well.

This is the second month that we've had the Vonage Home service. It is great. Previously we had a landline but that service was getting poorer and poorer where we only had service on the weekend. Vonage gives us service every day and we are very happy.

Very helpful and efficient. My call was answered quickly and my query dealt with quickly.
