the cost, the fact that I can call direct to a foreign country. The customer service personnel are super helpful and the setup of this service is simple and easy to do. I have had this service for years and love it.

I can call friends all over the world for no charge other than the monthly Vonage charge. Vonage has been completely stable since I started using it almost 20 years ago.

I have been a customer of Vonage since 2009. Absolutely the best telcon service going. Easy install, great support, worth every penny. I especially like the ability to link mobile devices to my account via Vonage Extensions. You guys are A-one!

After almost 2 decades I called to cancel my service, on 12/22/2022. My annual payment was made the first week of December, automatically. After talking to the rep in India, I was told my refund would be credited back to my credit card in 5-7 business days. I never received it. Called yesterday, 01/04/2023 and was told that she’ll process the refund and it will take 5-7 business days. I will now contact the credit card company and dispute the charge. I also requested a transfer to customer service in the US, and she said there wasn’t one. Will be filing a formal complaint with the FCC, also.

User for more than 15 years. The service is dependable, voices clear all is great except for...THE SPAM CALLS! 15 or more a day. Nomorobo installed, spam feature activated, can't leave ringer on. 50 numbers can be blocked, thats 4 days worth. The number list has to be manually cleared to block more. It is in numerical order instead of order of called. This means you may unblock this mornings numbers to block more. This only 50 number list in numerical order may just be the reason I cancel this companies service. PLEASE FIX THE SPAM ISSUE!

I have been with Vonage for over 10 years. The first few years things followed a tolerable pattern. But for the last 5 years every month i am blocked from accessing international calls. i report it and after they so called "fix it" It holds for a few calls or less and then goes right back to not being able to call Chile. I get charged a lot of money which keeps being jacked up higher and higher yet i can't make international calls to Chile landline or cell numbers. Land lines are supposed to be free calls and that is why i can't make those calls. Calling cells are semi expensive when my phone is set so i can make ANY INTERNATIUONAL CALLS AT ALL. Again this month ther is a need to make an urgent call to Chile and i a am not able to do that! Oh they give me a $5.00 credit every once in a while for all the hell i am put through. Such generous nonsense!

Signing up with Vonage was one of the smartest things I have ever done! After dealing with T---- phone company for many years (frustrating and expensive) I now have a house phone that I can afford and that is very reliable. I can make calls anywhere in North America, all for one low monthly price.
