We were having trouble setting up our system and the reprsentative stayed with us until it was resolved. Workimg great now.

Customer support is abysmal. You cannot speak with a customer support rep. They may or may not respond if you leave a message. Email is the same way. I had multiple issues, most of which were never resolved. Issues included: failure to ring, line disconnected by accident, time zone on phone is wrong, spam blocking not working, calls being disconnected. I just ported my number out (also with issues), and I'm never going back.

We have had a very positive experience with Voiply! They provide an exceptionally fair price for excellent service. The platform is remarkably easy to use, and their technical support team is always responsive, helpful, and ready to assist whenever we need them. Voiply has been a wonderful communication solution for the Monastery of Our Lady of Ephesus. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable VoIP service!

I initially took the service for 3 months and we never used it one tim. They automatically billed my account and my bank denied it 3 time, but the 4th time they put it on through. I immediately contacted Voiply and told them to cancel my service and refund my payment and mind you that a payment for 3 month. The AI assistant said I was well within the time frame for a refund. I waited 3 days and didn't get my refun. I called and all I got was the AI assistan. I was told this account was started 35 days ago and I was not eligible for a refund. I don't recommend VOIPLY because if you no longer want their service they will continue to bill you for 3 months intervals. I'm not in a financial situation where I can just give $45 away because a company won't cancel my service. I assure you my bank won't issue another payment.

The customer service is above and beyond. They utilize AI bots, which allows them to provide customer support 24/7. Things are straight forward and if you do need assistance with anything they are very understanding and nice.

I received my device and had an issue during the initial setup (user error). I emailed the support team and received a response in less than 30 minutes. The solution provided was simple, easy to follow, and resolved my issue. I’m impressed at the amazing customer service.

Problems with initial settings weren't transparent but a combo of Voiply AI & Voiply tech assistance got everything working within a couple of hours. Thanks Voiply!!
