They knew they needed to modify the settings on the ATA. They sent me one that couldn't be modified and now they expect me to send it back or they're going to charge me $50. They shouldn't have sent it to me in the first place. They knew I'd return it. [Edit] After leaving this message, they changed their return policy and refunded me all my money! They may be worth dealing with after all!

About the worst customer service I have ever had. The phone service is fine but talking to a live person to solve problems is nearly impossible. In my case, the temp # they assigned has taken over my phone in spite of assurances I could use my old # during the porting process. I am missing important calls and can't get to anyone to rectify this. I am not happy!

You ported the wrong number a number that was already a Voipy assigned number. This is delaying my cancelation of 3 Xfinity services.

Can't use the other phones in my house

All systems go as far as Voiply / Starry systems. We are still unable to call daughter in NE due to Voiply limits on phone calls there. Caramba.

Didn't adequately describe what was needed pre order and said that I would need a router to adapt to an Xfinity router. This was not necessary and not used. In the meantime some service folk kept asking about something that that V'ply had provided thru a third party. When we installed the system call in service was very helpful in getting a phone number and advising on setup

Bad can not use voiply. My system. not working .cancel all.

I got great help, but I am still waiting for All my phone phones to work properly Some people tell me that they can't get through to me and I can't make outgoing calls on All my phones. I would appreciate more help. Kathy Seibel
