Setting up service options had a few hick-ups BUT they were responsive to resolve and followed through till everything was running correctly. There AI chat is pretty advanced and instead of just repeating unhelpful information, it automatically opens a ticket or sets up a call with a live agent.

Problems with initial settings weren't transparent but a combo of Voiply AI & Voiply tech assistance got everything working within a couple of hours. Thanks Voiply!!

I have had wonderful support with Voiply, recently left Vonage because of zero support, only chat bots and it took me 45 minutes to cancel with Vonage. Voiply, answers all phone calls instantly and have been so helpful getting me setup and configured immediately. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because #1, the SMS feature does not allow pictures #2 There is no ability to click the 3 dots to reply to a caller with SMS, only allows to mark the call as Spam or Delete, but no option to Send Message, which is difficult when on the road, you have to memorize the number and type it in, can't even copy and paste it, which is a time suck. Vonage definitely had a better interface, but twice the price and zero support. I am happy with Voiply.

They follow through with what they say during the sales call. The setup after the number was ported took a while and several phone calls to get corrected but ultimately, they resolved the problem. Would have been 5 stars if I didn't have to keep calling back because either I get dropped after a long wait or their callbacks without losing your spot in line did not work. Also made no sense when I called, I was the first in line but the wait time was 10 minutes or more and I waited more than 10 minutes most of the time and the call gets dropped on their end after that. However, when I finally got through, they were pleasant and resolved the issue and I have not had a problem since. Will see how this first month goes before I decide if I want to convert over to the yearly subscription. In which case, I will need to better understand how the 50% off I got worked for as I would have already paid for 2 months.

Very happy with my experience so far. Had a couple of installation issues but these were easily sorted out via the support chat. Looking forward to years of good service.

Did not work when I hooked it up, I called the support line and it was up and running in about 15 minutes.

After some research I found that Vioply was going to be the best value for me. Signing up was easy, I did everything on line, I just followed the prompts, keyed in my location and it allowed me to choose my home phone number! Once completed, you receive an email letting you know you should receive a tracking number and the package should get shipped within 3 to 5 days . The only thing I did not receive was my tracking number, when I messaged the company about it, they apologized and informed me my package was actually out for delivery that day, and I did receive it. I opened my box and read the directions twice just to ensure I connected it correctly and all the equipment was accounted for. ✅ I followed the directions step by step and voila everything worked out perfectly! I don’t use it much, but it brings me peace of mind because I know right where it is and so does my grandbaby. If I have an emergency I won’t be running around looking for my cell, and others that don’t know me personally don’t know I have a phone, which I also like especially since Voiply offers e911 service which means I don’t even have to speak ( if I couldn’t) and they would still know where I’m located! I also like app documents all calls, you can check your voicemail and if you utilize the WiFi calling and text, you can email yourself important text messages if necessary. They offer a lot of features I just haven’t needed to use them all but they’re definitely beneficial. Price, value, service, ease of connecting, peace of mind knowing I have an outside line , well worth it. Note: I chose the option of paying for the year in advance, don’t let the taxes discourage you , every company has to charge those fees, at the end of the day Voiply is the best value by far!

It took some time to get it right, but everything is working great now!
