So many problems from outages for days at a time, unfriendly apps, unreliable service, calls being missed, messages not coming through, and horrible support.

Company is impossible to reach a live person with. Billings are high and when they misbill it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a live person. Can't get past the AI assistance on three different numbers and chats and then no one calls me back. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Could Not PORT my number Blamed carrer. I contacted My carrier they said NO REQUESTS to port were recieved! Lot of AI help not people help! Their AI offered me 3 or 4 numbers I selected 1 Their AI said OK ITS YOURS! 5 Minutes later Get Email saying That Chosen number is NOT AVAILABLE !! :-() Then 2nd number chosen and they FAILED TO ACTIVATE IT Sooo again Call To THE Worst Customer Service EVER to ask for another fix!!! If This sounds Good to You Go For IT!! And Good Luck!!

I have had Voiply service for over a year. I have had numerous issues with them and eventually they get resolved. However, when I signed up for the new service, my phones, both app and phone, started having major issues. Their customer service is not 24/7. They only have AI available so if your phones go out for any reason, usually its them, you cannot get a hold of anyone for help. Then is someone does actually call you back, they call you on the phone line that is not working and not the discussed call back number so nothing gets resolved. Voiply has reopend closed tickets and completely screwed up working phones. Again, not able to get fixed for hours, days and sometimes weeks. Voiply does not have reliable phone service. DO NOT USE

I initially took the service for 3 months and we never used it one tim. They automatically billed my account and my bank denied it 3 time, but the 4th time they put it on through. I immediately contacted Voiply and told them to cancel my service and refund my payment and mind you that a payment for 3 month. The AI assistant said I was well within the time frame for a refund. I waited 3 days and didn't get my refun. I called and all I got was the AI assistan. I was told this account was started 35 days ago and I was not eligible for a refund. I don't recommend VOIPLY because if you no longer want their service they will continue to bill you for 3 months intervals. I'm not in a financial situation where I can just give $45 away because a company won't cancel my service. I assure you my bank won't issue another payment.

Warning: Do not use this company. We have been with them for over 10 years, initially low prices and reasonable but a lot of hiccups. As the years have gone by it has deteriorated completely. Now, NO response from customer service and my service is not working. It's a nightmare for a business, and I STRONGLY recommend staying away. "LOW" prices are not worth it if there's no service provided and you can't reach anyone. It appears they are going under/shutting down.

This company is dead, kept on life support by AI to give the impression it's still a viable business. It's not. If you care about your phone number transfer it while you still can. Only portion of this business that still functions is the part where they take your money, the rest has been gutted, it's a ghost town. Get out while you still have a chance, I ported mine out today.

Very disappointed in their service. I have their service at my 88 year old mother’s house. It stays inoperative more than it works. I keep getting the same AI instructions, over and over and over and over. The same thing with no results. My better half uses magic jack for years with no issues. I don’t want to switch but it has been three weeks with no fix.
