I purchased a Keter patio box on Amazon for for $207 including tax from VM Express. VM Express is a third part seller. The next day it was on Amazon for $182. Then I went to Sam’s Club to do some shopping. I walked past a patio box made by Keter. The one I purchased from VM Express was 150gal. The one at Sam’s was 165 gallons and it was $100 cheaper. When I expressed my wish to return it due to the outrageous difference in price, I would have had to pay $158 for return shipping.

I purchased a pheonix 15'x52" metal pool from Walmart through VM Express and I received a pool without the bottom track and connector plates for bottom track or any screws and now I'm having trouble getting someone to come get this pool so I can get a replacement pool. If I don't get my other pool with everything I will be getting a full refund. Or im calling my lawyer.

If I could give no stars then I would. I will NEVER order from this company again. I placed my order through the Walmart app thinking I was purchasing through Walmart but I guess not. I live where we actually have a winter and I purchased a pool in January 2021. It has been in the box in my garage where it was delivered on Jan 11th, 2021. Just today I decided to go out and look at the pool and realized it is not as big as I had intended, so I emailed asking to return it and they say they only allow a 30day returns. Had I known this I never would have ordered from them, but like I said I placed on Walmart app so I assumed I was ordering from Wal-Mart. SO FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING, what company doesn't at least allow a 90day return for unopened merchandise.

Time after time, re order after reorder and they just keep on sending the wrong items. Maybe they are false advertising? I don't know but it seems they don't even have the stuff that they are trying to sell.

Purchased a Reese gooseneck hitch box from Amazon, VM Express was the seller. They cut the price of the item the next day. I asked if they would honor their policy to match their own price. They told me if it was within 2 weeks. They began to tell me that my purchase was outside the 2 weeks. I said it was 2 days and I hadn't even received the item yet. They refused and found every reason to hold on to $90 or so. On another denial email they said they weren't even the seller of the item. It took a lot for me not to reply back, I contacted Amazon CS. They told me VM Express was a 3rd Party seller. I requested they evaluate the relationship with VM. Please consider other sellers or companies regarding online purchases.

DISGUSTING SERVICE. DELIBERATE TIME WASTERS ... WHO CAN NOT READ ENGLISH. Contacted them on Ebay wanting info on the "Total Gym Weight Bar" they advertised. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. They twice requested part number & info (info given both times) .... THEN I GET A THIRD REPLY .... "sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your purchase. To ensure we can help you in the best way possible, can you provide more detail on the issue you're experiencing?" "sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your purchase" ... WHO MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT A PURCHASE??? ... I DIDN'T!!! WASTED NEARLY A WEEK & MADE ABSOLUTELY "NO PROGRESS" STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL! INCOMPETENT COMPANY with INCOMPETENT PEOPLE who CANNOT READ ENGLISH.

Purchased a yellow archery target bag for my son. I went out of my way to choose yellow because of vision problems. VM express sent a white bag with much harder to see targets - he can't use it. I contacted VM Express and they notified me they could not give me the product i purchased, that they didn't have it or it didn't exist - I am unsure why. They then quickly changed the Amazon listing to the product they do have, not before I got my screenshots. When I kept pressing them for a refund they said they would give me six dollars or accept a return. I have not received anything from them in over a month. This week I forwarded the emails and screenshots to the Louisiana Attorney Generals office as a fraud complaint.

My husband ordered an ice Shanty through VM express on Amazon last Sunday. Received the confirmation email saying “your item has been taken off our shelves to prepare for shipping”. Amazon claims they won’t charge until your item is shipped, Monday morning they withdrew the money from our bank account. Tuesday I contacted them wondering why we hadn’t received updated shipping information. They claimed the package had been shipped from their fulfillment center and FedEx must have not scanned it in correctly. A week later we receive an email saying the item wasn’t in stock when we ordered it and they will be refunding our money within 3-5 business days. Our money was taken out of the account when the item wasn’t really shipped. You confirmed our order via email and you didn’t actually have the item in stock. It took you a week to contact us regarding this, but only after we reached out first. We will not be ordering from this seller again.
