I clearly have a sign on my door that says no soliciting. Why did the two individuals ignore my sign TWICE? 1. How do you expect someone to purchase your security system when your reps can’t read or follow instructions? 2. Why when I answered through my current security system did they not answer when all 3 of my cameras clearly captured me talking to them? Did they think I would jeopardize my safety by opening my door? 3. Why are they half-dressed selling on your behalf? This is very unprofessional behavior and I am requesting a response from your corporate office about these two individuals and their lack of respect for a person’s residence. Why would I even consider your service when it’s already showing you can’t read or follow instructions? Yes, I did come out and found them walking up and down my neighborhood in which once you enter also says NO SOLICITING. I will be submitting this also to the BBB and writing reviews on every platform I can find. This is in the LaFrontera Trail community in Mansfield,Texas. I look forward to hearing from you.

Currently their service is NOT compatible with Samsung devices! The app does NOT run correctly since the last update & they are admitting it & seeming to not care (as usual) and disconnected a chat when I asked more about it and threatened to bring it to here. I screenshot it and gave up... AGAIN. This company has been nothing but issues and has charged me more & more money for the experience. I have even been advised by my local police to leave my home when this service has not been working and they WOULD NOT FIX IT that day, with several days of complaints, knowing there was a police involved issues. Just dont bother with this company!!!

I'm in the middle of an ongoing nightmare with Vivint trying to canceling an ongoing $65 dollar per month hit to my credit card for services I don't use and didn't know I was still being charged for. A call to Vivint resulted in 30 minutes on hold, then when answered another 20 minutes waiting to transferred to a "Loyalty Specialist," who is a person trained to talk you out of canceling. Then after enduring 20 minutes of sales pressure, I was told that I would need to call back after my next payment processes. So I will having to endure the same beating all over again.

Terrible and I've had it with Vivint! Don't bother spending thousands for cameras outside your home because they don't work half the time. I had someone on my property and wanted to alert them by using microphone on camera. Forget it! It just clocks & gives a message "try again". I try using cameras from inside the house and they are super slow and give error mssg constantly. Terrible waste of money.

I purchased a camera and outlet for lamp. Neither item connected to my system. Both are junk. I spent over an hour on the phone with a technician. We couldn't make it work. I tried for 2-3 days and gave up. I requested a refund and got the run around. Finally told return label would be sent to my email address. It's been four days, no return label. I wouldn't use or recommend this service again. Terrible customer service and bad products.

Expensive trash. The app has frequent buffering that lasts forever, so many times you can’t even view your camera’s from mobile devices. Their equipment is way overpriced compared to ALL others and their monthly rates are overpriced as well. Customer service is terrible and they trap you in lengthy contracts.

Actually ZERO RATING is not a choice. This company uses fraudulent business practices and preys upon senior citizens. DO NOT DO BUSINESS OR GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY ! If you find an office it will be an empty storefront. There is a reason for so many angry consumers and resulting low ratings.

I would give Vivint Home Security a zero. Their sales tactics are dishonest. I gave the salesman my information as my stepson wanted to use my military discount for the equipment. That salesperson rode with my stepson to get my information and had me sign some paperwork. No mention that my name will be on the contract. Not one time did he run my stepson credit however ran my credit and never ran my stepson credit and took upon hisself to put the system in my name and used his charge card. I never knew this, didn’t receive any paperwork from Christopher the salesman. My stepson lost his job and they telling me, I’m responsible for the contract since I signed it! Vivint legal team said Christopher only ran my name and I wondered why since that equipment is not at my house! They want over 4000.00 and the equipment. My stepson told them to come get the equipment which they would use again and he can’t afford it. The legal team asked me do I want my stepson to be a co-signer and he told them he’s the owner and had no idea they were placing the system in my name. He received ALL the paperwork and he did some dishonest stuff to make a sale. I thought it was an error but no, they emailed me the contract I signed. No explanation was given because I don’t co-sign for anyone. Now my credit is deteriorating because Christopher the dishonest salesperson tactics. My experience is when I sign a contract, I’m giving paperwork of the transaction, the cost of the product and monthly payment. Vivint has NEVER taken money for my account but from my stepson account. I will share my experience of Vivint and very dissatisfied with them. Stealing from the poor while their business soar! So I refuse to pay and their salesman needs training. I want to go on TV with my stepson, the visitor that was at my house and Christopher. I asked them to go back and run the strip and they will see, Christopher NEVER said anything about the system being in my name and I received no response. I filed a BBB report and they marked it as customer not satisfied with the response. ANY TIPS ANYONE. I’M CALLING THE MEDIA TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE! THE WILL HAVE OTHERS PAY CLOSE ATTENTION! I SHOULD HAVE NEVER LEFT BRINKS! Unhappy
