I wanted to shout out Connor and his professionalism while helping me with my order. Connor made sure that I was taken care of and followed through on the promises he made to me about my order. I will definitely be ordering more products from vivid racing for my truck. Cheers.

Fast order processing. Always a pleasure ordering from Vivid.

great guys, i ordered the wrong wheel, it was a blank, no holes drilled, Connor called to make sure that was what i wanted, it wasn't! thank you for getting it straightened out! Gary Sanchez

Eric Gonzalez was awesome! He helped out tremendously by verifying some fitment issues before I purchased a product. This help me make the best decision and we worked out a deal on another product without fitment issues.

Got a lot of feedback about my order. Ready to receive it!

I reached out in hopes they would have some rare pistons in stock. Unfortunately, they did not. BUT! Ryan made a call to the manufacturer while I was on the line and secured the exact parts I needed to be drop-shipped straight from the manufacturer. Yeah Yeah... many places do this, but the fact that he called to first make sure they had stock so I would not have a 2-month wait for grinds, totally appreciate that! Not to mention he called them back after I had asked another question regarding a specific compression ratio to see if they still made them. As a person who dealt in customer service for over 20 years, I appreciate Ryan's attention to detail. Great Service. Will be back.

Eric G was awesome helping me out, he made sure I was getting all the right hardware and the right brackets for my car! He was very nice and answered all my questions
