How is this business still around? They have been scamming people for over a decade! People should read the thousands of reviews from years of scamming everyone!

This is a piece of crap company. Went on web and order on November 13 2025 said it was in stock come to fine out it wasn’t with no update and it got delivered on January 4 2026. Had to call them a few times to see were my order was at.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration caused by the delay and lack of updates. This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Please reach out to our team so we can help further. Thank you for your patience

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased an item, and a week later (and only after my prodding) learned that it was out of stock. I requested a refund on December 22nd, but even after acknowledging the cancelled order they refuse to refund the purchase amount. I went back and forth with them for 2+ weeks and they kept saying "we're working on it". Only after filing negative reviews and calling my bank to reverse the charges did they finally respond. Sounds like many others have had this kind of experience with them. Unless you want to give your money away to a scammer, buy elsewhere.

Hello Peter- Your order is being refunded today. You requested the cancel on 12/26. Holidays caused a bit of a delay but this is being refunded.

after using my credit card with vivid racing a couple days later there was fraudulent charges on the my credit card had to call and cancel my card and after calling there customer service about my order i wasnt satisfied with there answers and decided to ultimately cancel my order after waiting all day still no email stating the cancelation was done and the return was on its way, i wouldnt even give vividracing a single star but i had to give atleast 1 star to give a review, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOU MAY GET FRAUDULANT CHARGES ON YOUR CARD
Response from Vivid RacingJan 2, 2026
Ron - we're sorry to hear about the fraudulant charges on your card. We do have an accounting team here, along with several checks in place to prevent issues like this, so it sounds like this may be more of a matter of confusion, or something that we could possibly provide more context on. Please reach out to our customer service team and we can help you with anything you need from us from there. Thank you

Placed an order almost a month ago. No updates on status. Called the support number, was told they will check. Never heard back.

Hi - we're sorry for the lack of communication on your order, and lack of follow up. We're going to pass this to our team, who should be able to contact you directly on this. Thank you for your patience!

Absolute terrible company and experience. Purchased 4 Rotiform wheels for GTI, about $1600 total. A week later I get an email that wheels are out of stock and cannot be backordered. I simply asked for a refund. That was 5 weeks ago. NO refund & ZERO response from anyone at Vivid. Please AVOID!
Response from Vivid RacingNov 17, 2025
Hello Andy, we sincerely apologize for the unacceptable delay regarding the refund for your Rotiform wheels order. We understand your frustration and want to confirm that our accounting team is aware of this specific issue and is actively working to resolve your refund as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience while we finalize this and will be in touch shortly with an update.

Terrible experience with Vivid Racing, incorrect inventories (in which the guy put me on hold to confirm everything was in stock) and when they cannot fulfill entire rim and wheel package as the rims that were supposed be there are mysteriously discontinued but have already shipped $40 lug nuts they stick me with a $45 shipping protection meant for the entire package on just the lug nuts. Buyer beware.
Response from Vivid RacingNov 6, 2025
Thank you for bringing your difficult experience to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inventory discrepancy and the resulting issue with your wheel package; managing thousands of products with ever-changing stock can occasionally lead to these frustrations, even after initial checks. We understand your concern about the $45 shipping protection fee and want to clarify this immediately—please reach out to us so we can fully resolve this incorrect charge and ensure you're taken care of. Message me at [email protected] with your order number.

Item wasn’t returnable, even though it wasn’t designed for my vehicle
