Fast shipping, other than a slight hiccup in making sure the product was shippable to my state everything was received as expected after a quick phone call.

Order went through quickly and delivered. Reached out to get a better idea of shipment availability and they were quick to respond.

Items did arrive as ordered but... as said by many others in their reviews...After I placed the order = silence Communication was very poor, no status provided until I had made several requests then the response was "we are not sure when items will be shipped by the manufacturer" Pricing was good, shipping was good considering 1-part came internationally, recommendation is if you order realize they don't stock much of anything and are the middle-man between you and the manufacturer. I WILL still purchase in the future

The lugs I ordered are awesome! Wish they would have been a bit cheaper, but in the long run they are worth it. I wish the delivery time had been a bit better but was dealing with 4th of July holiday so.... but my overall experience was top notch! Thanks!

Ordered some Coil overs for my 2019 civic, got an email saying they are back ordered for 5-6 months so i cancelled the item... that was 2 weeks ago. I unfortunately financed though katapult(which i have good experiences with) so im paying on an item they refuse to cancel. Update: Vivid did cancel the coilovers, it was katapult not doing there part so I've updated my experience with vivid for a more accurate rating.

Would be a 5 but, no tracking # or shipping info. Just showed up.

The only negative man is they send you the first email and it says to track it, send a second email saying you want their tracking information? WTH like yes bro duh I want to track my $2000 order. Never was able to track but rest assured somebody shows up with the rims. Thanks guys.
