The item arrived faster than expected. communication was good.

Very nice experience the lights arrived in one piece. Perfect packing and the quality of the lights are perfect

Quick shipping. Great communication. I definitely recommend ordering from VIVID! Thanks team!

My experience was great because I got exactly what I ordered. I love the look, the plug and play and the time it took to get it. The only thing I don't remember getting was the tracking number. But I did get a text I would need to sign for an order from FedEx so I knew it was this order. I did try to sign in a few times with what I had from the order but I didn't contact customer service. I knew patience was needed. In all I would 100% order from here again.

Correct headlights came in, on time, undamaged, and work well. Can't ask for much more
