Any positive review you see on these folks was probably written by them. Worst company I have ever done business with in my 57 years. High end car owners should put these clowns out of business. They lie, don't provide the parts you need to mount their products and fail at customer service.

I'm a short walk away from filing a lawsuit over the insanely poor response and "customer service". to date, I've had to file a claim with my Credit Union to disallow the charges from purchasing a tune for my vehicle. So poorly written was said tune, that I was forced to un-install aforementioned tune and revert to stock tune. Vivid Racing got $1120.00 of my monies. And all I received in return was a plastic box with a USB cable with some instructions, and email with a poorly written piece of rubbish software. If the Credit Union avenues fails, It's on to Superior Court. I can't wait for Depositions to start over this review!! Stay far away form vivid racing!
