I'd off myself before I bought from vivid racing again. You get told one thing from one guy, then you order. When it comes in wrong, another guy will tell you that it's your fault? I literally bought wheel spacers, I asked if there was 2 or 4. The first guy said there was 4. So I buy them. It comes in, only two of them. So I email asking if the other two were coming or not. Days later a new guy responds and says it was my fault, and the pictures were misleading but I can place another order if I like. The worst part is, I could've bought 4 for the same price I bought two from vivid racing. I've placed orders through here before. But never again.

I spent an entire day waiting for this merchandise because the vendor required a signature. The delivery finally arrived at 3:45 in the afternoon. I feel online vendors should be required to inform the buyer at checkout that a signature will be required. I certainly will not buy from those that do.

Not good at communicating and keeping updates on orders and back order parts keeping people money longer then expected

Sent a different product from what was originally ordered, but still charged the higher price. Always got the runaround from customer service.

I received my order… The part was to big for my car

I installed my tuner exactly as the video on the website showed. Everything worked great for 4 days until I ran my Bronco through the car wash. My vehicle was sent into low power mode. After I removed the tuner and cleared all the codes, my Bronco ran just fine. I called Vivid's customer service and had to leave a message. I have yet to receive any call back.

parts were not in stock as the add said they were. they were supposed to send an email with tracking number and eta. they never did. I don't think that I would order from them again.

I ordered a motor and esc a week ago and they tell me they didn't have time to mail it and I had a dead line to meet. They never se nt a tracking number. They will not give a response or a refund. Handed off to the credit card company
