Beware of Vivid’s deceptive business practices. I purchased a differential from them at a discounted price. When I inquired about when it would ship, they cancelled the order. When I asked why they cancelled it they said it would not fit my vehicle. I verified it would fit my vehicle with my current mods. When I explained that to them, they then said they cancelled it because it was no longer available. I was immediately able to purchase through another vendor and have it drop shipped from the manufacturer. Even after filing a complaint with BBB, Vivid refuses to accept responsibility. They obviously LIED about the product availability. Do NOT buy from this lying company! Vivid responded to this review stating “the manufacturer said the product was discontinued”. This is a blatant fabrication. As I mentioned in my review, after Vivid canceled my order I was able to successfully order the exact same part from another vendor. It was drop shipped from the manufacturer, Dusterhoff Racing, and received two days later. Vivid tries to claim it was discontinued which is an absolute LIE.

Ordered a product from them after they told me it would take 7-10 weeks. No problem, I didn’t mind waiting. After 13 weeks they finally decide to tell me that the manufacturer of the item no longer makes the item. Wondering why it took 13 weeks to get to this conclusion. God awful terrible company that can’t even dropship Chinese garbage correctly. You’re better off ordering from alibaba which is where they get all their products from. I’ll never order from this terrible joke of a company again.

Terrible customer service and communication. Ordered item and delay after delay without updates then refused cancellation. Do not buy from this company!

This company is a Joke first off I ordered led headlights for a certain price. They then raised the price after I had already purchased them at the first price. After 2 months of trying to get our order because they kept saying they were on backorder. They finally contacted us stating that they wouldn't send them out unless we payed the remaining balance that they bumped them up to. So I wrote there company a bad review I feel like customers need to know who there dealing with. They then contact us again to say they have great news they are going to send our lights for the price we paid for them originally. We received them a few weeks back now today my husband gets another call from these people stating that he has to pay 38 dollars the remainder of what they bumped them up to. After they already agreed and sent them now there harassing him wanting for us to pay them for the new price they jumped up to. I believe the only reason there pulling this is because we I left a nasty review. I would really think twice about purchasing from this company. It takes forever to get what you actually ordered and then they try in the end to get over on the customer.

ABOSOLUTELY horrible! This business advertises discontinued items but shows the items as being in stock. They will be quick to take your order and slow to refund you. I had to contact PayPal and open a case in order to get a refund Do NOT do business with these losers, you will regret it!

Ordered a radiator for my 68 Mustang. The price was right. I inquired about the shipping as I live in Canada and asked if the shipping charges would include all fee's such as duties, taxes, brokerage. I was told the shipping charges were inclusive. I was told by another CSR that the product was in stock and shipping via FedEx. Low and behold, the product was shipped from a third-party and it shipped via UPS. I received a notification from UPS that there was a brokerage and duties charge of $92.51 that needed to be paid before delivery. If I had known about the extra charges I would have ordered from another company.

Placed an order paid for shipping. This is going on 2 weeks. They are evidently a Dropship company they do not keep things in stock they have no control over it. I'm on a refund because I can't seem to get the exhaust I need for a customer. They are making my business look terrible now I'm having a hard time getting a refund. Do not deal with this company go elsewhere do not trust them do not trust any good reviews because evidently they are from people that are not knowledgeable I am a five star shop owner. We picked cars we take care of our customers. We are extremely happy with our five star shop. We will not deal with this one star shop

Worst customer service ever! I should have learned the first time. 2 different orders. oth never shipped and after a month of trying to contact customer service I finally got a refund. Second order I have email 5 times answered 4 emails about "How would you rate our service" I left 2 voice messages and if no answer by tomorrow I will contact my cedit card company. Do not order from them unless you use PayPal or a credit card company so can cancel the payment when they do not ship your item(s)
