I ordered a car part over a month ago that they only offer via drop shipping. Unfortunately, they have no communication with the distributor and cannot tell me anything about my order. I was told the contact number to the drop shipper was out of order. You are telling me that you guys do business and send money to mysterious people you have literally no business relationship with? I have worked for many companies over the year and this is just bad business. It’s almost been a month and they still cannot tell me anything. I was also told to refund my order, I’d have to wait 3 day for the refund to be “approved” by someone at the company. There was a possibility that the refund would not be approved. I have no product and you have hundreds of my dollars. That should be an automatic refund my dear. Poor business tactics, awful customer service, it’s time to revamp your policies people or you will put yourselves out of business.

“In stock” exhaust has not shipped a month later. Received a follow up email after several inquiries mentioning it would ship on the 7-30 almost a month after ordering 7-3, and they would follow up. 8-6 no follow up and no exhaust, seems like a long time for something “ in stock”

I suspect quite a few fake positive reviews have been posted. Customer service is the worst I've experienced without exception, I eventually got a refund but had to constantly push them for one. They took my money quickly for a part that was not in stock, but did not reply to messages subsequently. Will never ever ever order anything from Vivid again!

I’ve been waiting for 7 month for my wheels I ordered . Vivid was blaming it on vendor delays , but when I got in touch with the vender , they never placed the order with them till I checked with vivid for my wheel progress 3 month later after I paid . Now they won’t return my calls .

Worst customer service. Multiple phone calls and emails and no help. I will NEVER shop here again.

I went on their website and emailed them to order a rear diffuser for my gen v viper. I resent the picture of the version I wanted and reconfirmed with them exactly which one I wanted by email. I did all this as I am based in the UK so did not want to have to send it back. They confirmed it was correct and it had been sent but never supplied a tracking number so I had to one a Paypal dispute. They sent the wrong one! I did my utmost to get them to send the right one, I even emailed their CEO, Dan Mermelstein explaining the situation but he didn't even have the manners or backbone to reply. That says more about the company than anything! I even said I wantted to buy other parts but they were not interested. I now have the wrong part and it's too expensive to send back. Thanks Vivid, you have proved just how useless and inefficient you are. With this type of customer service and the other terrible reviews received you will lose hundreds of customers but you really do not seem to care. Be warned they are useless and will do their best to screw up your order and their customer service is non existent.

I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. They did a reasonable job of setting up a dropship for a wheel, easily the easiest thing to do in the industry. However, the wheel arrived damaged. 45 days later there is no resolution. The customer service is a complete joke and not on the level a company of this size should have. It took them 6 weeks to submit a shipping claim with UPS, this is after I was told multiple times by Cait Lienart that it had already been submitted starting the week I received it. I was lied to by another representative stating that a manager named Tiffany had been informed of the situation and would contact me with a resolution/follow-up that day, 7 days later no contact from Tiffany. At the end of the day, I just hope that their online department is held accountable for their complete lack of customer service.

I can only say don't buy anything from them it take months for them to respond and still No parts six months on.
