This place is a joke as you order a part that says free shipping then at check out they want to charge you for shipping and then they can't tell you when you're gonna receive your package What a complete waste of time

"In stock" does not mean they actually have it. If you order something expect to wait months or years to maybe get what you ordered. Idk how this company is not shut down no excuses if you don't have something don't list it like you do.

Terrible company to deal with. These guys take forever to send an order out. I ordered the wrong part and I've been waiting for over a month from start to finish and its not even finished yet. They received the return over a week ago and still no credit. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! They're the most worthless company I've ever dealt with.

WORST COMPANY EVER! TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSE WHERE. Save all your time, tears and money and go to a company who actually will take care of you. To sum it up I bought a NRG bucket seat and its been over a year. The manager refuses to call me at all, ive gotten b**s*** tracking numbers and lies from these people. DO NOT SHOP HERE. The most b***s*** company to ever exist. They need to close down already. For those others in the review section who are unhappy turn them in to the Better Buisness Bureau.

Ordered a pair of seats and a steering wheel in June. Despite multiple calls and emails they will not commit to a ship date, or let me cancel my order. They sent me bogus tracking numbers a month ago. This company is a scam. UPDATE: It has been TWO WEEKS since I have been promised a refund. No refund yet. Par for the course with these con-artists

Hello. We apologize for the issues and inconvenience of this. I am showing per your request the remaining items are pending cancellation. This is to confirm the shipment will not be processed at any point in time. Once this is cancelled a refund for those two items will be processed. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call, we are more than happy to help! Thank you **UPDATE** The cancellation and refund were processed already for this order. Depending on your bank this can take 5-7 business days to reflect. Thank you! Tiffany, 480-966-3040 ext. 3

Placed an order two weeks ago. Haven’t been able to get an answer on where that order is. I’ve called vivid racing 4 times and emailed the customer service twice. Can’t get an answer on where my product is. Pretty frustrating. Guess I’ll have to call for the fifth time and wait on hold for 30min in order to cancel my order.
