Ordered a downpipe from them, when it turned up it was horribly manufactured, with over 3mm of deflection in the "flat" mating surfaces. When I contacted them for a refund, they offered to partially refund me, less a restocking fee and shipping, if I paid over $110 USD for return shipping. Glad to know that they restock faulty items that get returned to them as well

I ordered a set of Eibach springs through them. I got the springs and found out the kit I ordered was wrong. It was my fault for not double checking the kit part number before purchasing. I will admit that. I contacted Vivid and told them the situation and was expecting a restocking fee, but again it's my fault so I was willing to suck it up and pay it. Well, after speaking to them they told me the vendor wouldn't take the springs back because they are a discontinued part. Vivid also denied my return to them due to this reason too. So I can not return something I bought even though I am within the return period and willing to pay a restocking fee. This is something that they do not disclose in their return policy. So now I am stuck with parts I can't use.

Waiting 11 weeks for an item they told me 5-6. Staff telling me they have it in stock and was dispatched, never willing to give me tracking. Then being told they didn’t have the item as manufacturers not sent then it to them. Lies from day one, now awaiting refund which no doubt they will mess me about with and I’ll end up going in store to sort it face to face

Ordered a $300 exhaust 11/17/21 listed as in stock. Credit card charged when ordered, 4 days later requested tracking info only to be informed part not available until Jan. 2022 . Checked online reviews this company totally sucks . GO ELSEWHERE. Now will be fighting to get money back. BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS THEY ARE STILL AT IT. CON JOB!!!!!!!!

Worst company to ever deal with!!! Be aware!! After placing my order I was inform it would cost an additional $XXX.XX dollars to get the item. After I already place the order! Ok I ended up paying for it and they got another email 2 hours later saying it would be another $300 on top again! Like what the crap!! How are they still in business???? Had my order cancel but I called them out on it lmao

I would look for other reputable options before doing business with Vivid. After placing an order and receiving receipt/ confirmation, I then received a subsequent garbled update stating they were working to process my order by updating the status to “ cancellation”. Sketchy business practices, when asked for an explanation they stated “out of stock” but still list the item for sale.

I purchased a tent for $899.00 on October 7. I was charged $15.00 for shipping. They charged my credit card immediately, but when I did not receive my tent I contacted them on October 18. I was told that despite having paid shipping and having my credit card charged they wanted an additional $500 for shipping.! They admit this was an error on their part and refused to honor the agreement previously made for which they took payment for. I was counting on that tent to arrive for a trip and now I have no tent and no money. Beware of this company!

Tell you an item is out of stock, you cancel your order they say okay, then 13 days later they say they are shipping it and won't cancel the order..... Stay away from them!!!
