Nick was one of the most helpful people I’ve ever had on the phone when it came to ordering something. He had no problem helping me look for a different system since the one I originally wanted was out of stock. Very professional guy and needs to be recognized for it. Good job!

Nick Wilson came through in the clutch…
Nick Wilson came through in the clutch with making things right with my order for my Lexus GS-F. He went above and beyond the call of duty and he stayed in touch as promised which a lot of people don't do! I just want to send a special thanks to him because he made my purchase with Vivid Racing with buying through them again.

Nick was very helpful in making changes to my order since I live in Southern California and has certain restrictions on certain items. 🤨 but Nick turned it around and made my purchase a better one. Hmmm... I did spend more, does that make it better? Lol All in all I was happy with his attention to detail and we be buying from you guys again!

Got my blower pulley out quickly. Not charging me $30 to ship a box the size of my fist is deffinately a plus as well.
