Your website said this item was in stock. I paid for 2 day shipping. My items showed up almost a week later. You are a drop ship company. I will not buy from you again.

I bought some side skirts for my dream NSX I’ve been building. I never got a shipping notification or shipping date. FedEx guy shows up randomly one day and asks my wife to sign for something “in the truck”. I suspect he was hiding his haggard box. She didn’t know what it was, I had no idea they were coming or I would have to her to inspect the product. She signs, again, not knowing what she is signing for and the FedEx guy proceeds to carry in this mangled box. I get home to figure out one of my side skirts is cracked. I submitted a claim and haven’t heard back yet (vivid is still in its 72 business hour response window). This review will be 10 stars if vivid has my back in this. This makes me nervous about the carbon wing that I ordered and the other 7-10K worth of stuff I was planning to order from vivid to finish this build. I really hope vivid can help with this. It’s a huge letdown

The service staff was helpful up until I made a purchase. After that they provided zero help. I ordered with expedited shipping at considerable extra cost. One of my items arrived on time, the other two were delayed for a week. I asked Vivid several times for an update or an ETA and was told "we will find out and get back to you" never did. if FedEx had not notified me that I had a package inbound, I would have not been home to sign for it. Vivid never notified me that it was on the way. No updated until I specifically asked after my ordered was in my hand. Then "it looks like it shipped". When I asked for an explanation about the delay, I received no response and they have still not replied to my messages almost a week later.

Ok experience receiving my product. Shipped fed-ex ground, adult signature required with out the option to pick up at a local branch or weekend delivery. Not sure who doesn't work during the week but I had to Stay home from work one day to receive my order. This cost me money and Vivid should have communicated there shipping terms before they shipped there order. I lost a days pay!!! There Vivid line comes with out instructions .

Wrong items sent, packaged damaged and missing parts, delivery was 4 days late… awaiting resolve

Have purchased from Vivid twice, but no more. Firstly they are slooooooow. If you are in a rush, go elsewhere. Nearly 2 weeks after placing an order I received an email informing me they could not send one of the items (no longer manufactured). They did not have a comparable alternative so a request for a refund was made. The customer service during this exchange was satisfactory, though very late. However, the refund provided did not refund me the taxes on a nearly $300 item. I called to ask why. First time after explaining the reason for my call and providing order info they seemingly could not hear me after that point and hung up on me. Tried calling back but could not get the call to go through. Called back two days later, got the same Representative, explained again why I called, then immediate silence. This was not a connection issue. The call waiting worked perfectly fine while awaiting someone to take my call. Shady practices when reimbursement is involved. Note: during the first call I provided an order #. They could have called or emailed me back after the 'dropped' call, but made no effort to do so.

Bought a module for my AMP steps for my lifted pickup. The part is good 👍 . However I didn't need it for it was only a bad connection. Here's where it went wrong. When I tried to return it , they wanted a restocking fee. Ok , I understand that. Well, when I tried to return it , UPS sent it back to me showing no suit # to deliver to at that address. I live in the same city so I went there. Checked all the suites there and nobody ever heard of Vivid Racing.

Got the links to lower air suspension on a Porsche Cayenne S, the delivery was delayed until I reach out to them, when product arrived it didn't accurately fit, the front links work as expected however the rear ones are wrong, they didn't lowered the vehicle, when I tried to adjust there was not enough length to adjust, I got in touch with them but the main response I got was "warehouse manager says you got the right part and should not need major adjustments". I went to Ace Hardware to get larger studs, I adjusted as they direct on their directions and the links worked as they promised, not making a big deal because correction cost was low, but for the product cost you expect flawless fitment and better customer support.
