This company is the worst regarding customer service, I not it mention that they never sent me the refund for the money I paid for the shipping cost. I purchased a Hood for my Jeep Wrangler 2012, the cost for the hood was $700 approximately and for the shipping cost about $320. I paid the invoice in total for $1030.00, after two months they sent the item and once I recieved the it the delivery company told me that they did not receive any money for the shipping, so I had to pay the shipping cost again in order to get it. I made contact with Vivid racing the name of the person who was "helping me" during the purchase process Tim Hatem, always reply to me when we were dealing with the payment but now that I bring this up about the shipping not a single reply (strange right.. (sarcastic)). Another personal from them named Ray reply that he will check it out and was sorry that this happened,,, guess what.. It's been s few weeks and not a single answer.. So I guess I lost the $320.. Can't believe how a company can make this kind of dirty moves on their customer..

Hello
Apologies for the confusion, the order was shipped to a freight forwarder in Florida that was noted on your order. Any additional Shipping costs, Customs or Port fees, the customer is responsible for.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!
My girlfriend purchased custom wheels from these guys which including tax at customs ended up costing around $8,000 AUD.
When we opened the boxes we where shocked to see that they where NOT what she ordered being the complete wrong colours.
Upset and obviously frustrated she tried to get onto the team who was quick to sell them to her but have not gotten back to her about fixing their mistake. She even sent photos of the exact wheels in the colours she wanted.
They have been ignoring her emails and avoiding her calls saying they are "on break" or "in meetings" every time she calls. They are now not even answering. Don't make the expensive mistake by ordering though these guys, you will not be helped when something goes wrong. They can't even get $8,000 wheels right.
THEY DON'T CARE. BEWARE.

BEWARE! $8,000 later for an incorrect order.
I spent nearly $8,000 AUD for receive custom wheels to receive them in the WRONG COLOURS. I clearly wanted and asked for liquid bronze for the deep dish/lip colour and received silver.
Even after sending multiple emails and pictures of what I wanted to make sure it was what I got.
I have sent multiple emails and even called them asking for answers and a resolution to the matter.
On one occasion I got a hold of Chris one of the managers there seemed shocked that I had called him from Australia and as scattered and unorganised as he seemed told me he would find a resolution to the matter and that "this has never happened before." Still have not heard back from them. They are quick to sell you shi* and completely ignore and avoid you when there is an issue.

Avoid this company
400 dollar air filter never reached me . No tracking given . 4 months later 28 dollar refund because of return delivery fees . It never even got to me or was ever near my house . I asked for contact with delivery company to try get a refund from them for return fees and they would not send me a valid link or contact info . They do not want to help . Do not deal with this company. I'm 370 dollars down the drain and they didn't even ship my product it was shipped by a third party.

I am sure they're great if you don't have a problem but if you do have a problem beware.
They made a mistake and inspite of every email saying they are 100% committed to customer satisfaction as well as their on hold recording saying the same. They totally left me hanging. They apologized for their mistake offered me a small discount for the missing part, which I found cheaper even with Thier discount on both eBay and Amazon. They really didn't seem to care and were cocky and arrogant in their replies.

Vivid Racing – Unethical Practices and a Year of Frustration - STAY AWAY
I'd like to share my extremely frustrating experience with Vivid Racing, to inform potential customers and prevent others from falling victim to their unethical practices.
On 6th April 2022, I ordered a front and rear sway bar kit for my car. Following my purchase, I was repeatedly ignored when I requested a tracking number for the shipping of the item. Eventually, I received a response with a tracking number, but it didn't work properly. Throughout this process, I was frequently met with silence when seeking information, and when I did receive a response, it was filled with empty promises about the arrival of the part.
After more than a year of waiting, on 27th April 2023, I received an email informing me that they would refund the amount of the item, as they had failed to ship it to me. To my dismay, I noticed that the refund amount was only $637.14, which was the price of the sway bar kit, excluding the $325 I had paid for shipping. However, since the sway bar kit was never actually shipped, it is completely unreasonable for them to withhold the shipping fee.
Vivid Racing has caused me immense stress and wasted a significant amount of my time. Their actions are a clear indication of their unethical behavior and intent to scam their customers. I strongly urge potential customers to avoid dealing with this company at all costs. There are other reputable automotive parts distributors that prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain ethical business practices. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment – steer clear of Vivid Racing.

Consumers Beware
This has been a phenomenal disappointment…DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I ordered a set of titanium lug studs with ball seat tuner lugnuts specifically (per their website)
for my 2019 Audi TT RS.
This company shipped me a set of titanium, lug, studs, and Standard ball seat Lugnuts.
I didn’t complain about them sending me the wrong Lugnuts, as I assumed I had missed a checkbox or something. when I attempted to install them, I found that the thread pitch was incorrect, and it made them extremely hard to thread into my hubs. Most of them, with some work, I could back out and thread forward and back out and thread forward until they would go in all the way but one specifically was not cut correctly and would not thread into my hub. I consequently snapped three different Allen head sockets, attempting to work at back-and-forth until I got it into the hub. Of course, this was on the very last wheel so we had to go back and take all three of the other wheels back off and pull all 20 of the studs back out. I then proceeded to clean them with a wire brush to get all of the Loctite off that they had recommended I use to install them, then, when I filed the return request, and specifically told them that I tried to install them, and they did not work, they put me off for several days and sent me several emails over a two week period…
Saying they were going to address the issue. I finally got someone to respond and they sent me a very polite email, saying if there was any damage to the packaging or marks on anything that they would refuse my return….
Please refer to the pictures below as their “reason” for refusing my return… Understand that it is possible to polish metal, so any light marks on their amazingly strong, titanium, lugstuds or nuts probably shouldn’t have been possible, but should be easily polished out by a place that manufactured them in the first place. What they have pointed out on these Lugnuts was literally one attempted install and then removal… They were on my car for a total of 45 minutes because that’s how long it took me to figure out that the kit they sent me would not work!
I question if they are actually titanium at all.
Also, notice how beautiful the parts are that I returned, and understand that working in the garage on an automobile is filthy… I took the time to wipe them all down and scrub them clean as well as possible, prior to returning them in an effort to be a respectful consumer.
I knew at this point they were going to attempt to refuse the return, even though they sent me the wrong product in the first place. To set a timeline, I received the product approximately March 26, I attempted to install the product March 27. I then spent two weeks trying to get someone to pay attention to the fact that they sent me an item incorrectly. I shipped them the return on April 16 they received it April 22 and then sent me an email stating they were not going to accept the return April 24 because I had attempted to install the product…
How would I ever know that a set of lug studs and Lugnuts didn’t work if I didn’t attempt to install them?! And when I told them that there was a problem installing them, that’s why I was returning them. Why would they not have addressed it at that time?
This company is extremely deceptive, their customer service is the worst I’ve ever been associated with, and they will do anything they can do to steal and keep your money…

Poor Customer Service
My 18 yr old son ordered parts for his truck that were supposed to fit ... They didn't. He paid to ship them back expecting that this company would refund him. We get a picture back stating that the parts had been installed and used... But they didn't fit ... So not possible. They said to contact them by April 19/23 at the latest... So I did. That was when I was informed that they parts had already been disposed of, (don't believe that for a second).... And if course... I can't get anyone on the phone.
This entire thing feels like a complete scam. Not the way to treat people... Or do business.
