Warning to Potential Buyers: I purchased a tune for a 2019 Rover SVR from Stephen with the expectation to elevate its performance from 575hp to 645hp. While initially everything seemed fine, the subsequent instructions I received were concerning. Instead of the promised genuine upload, they instructed me to zip tie a tune module to the firewall – a highly unprofessional approach. Despite numerous calls and emails, there has been no response. Requests for an RMA are ignored, leaving me with an $890 device that serves no purpose. Having dealt with other tuners for my two previous SVRs, this is glaringly substandard. Many competitors offer legitimate uploads, as opposed to the makeshift approach Stephen's company endorses. The sales tactics employed by this company are questionable at best. They evade issues until the return policy solidifies, effectively trapping clients. Proceed with caution if considering their services. After three more attempts, I filled out the form and sent a picture of the product with the order number, and again, no service. I even copied a copy of this review to the Sales guy, and still nothing -

Purchased a $1,000 carbon fiber splitter for my Porsche 911. Received the wrong part, and they will not accept return because I missed their 30-day window.

I ordered a part paid 60$ two day delivery. On day of delivery never came found out they email you epa form before sending. I don’t look at my email daily. The only thing I seen right after ordering was the confirmation. I called them requesting my two day shipping fee back they refused. what they should do is have you fill out the EPA form before you check out

people need to understand that this site and its company are completely fraud, it's illegal completely under EPA guidelines to modify a vehicle and have it registered on the road. I have had a horrible experience with this company , I even tried to give them money like legit $500 to just send me the right stuff and still it's been a complete hassle waste of my time just to get simple answers.

I placed my order on August 24th. I did not get my order until September 22nd. The bumper I ordered was received damaged - there's a crack in it. The box was in horrible condition. I submitted a ticket and was informed I needed to fill out a return/refund slip. Filled out the slip and still no one has been in contact. Now I'm angry and just want my money back. I don't even want a replacement. At this point, I can't even get someone to reach out to us. I don't think I'll be using this company in the future. I was soo excited and now, I'm definitely not impressed. Good luck if you use them!

I ordered a license plate bracket for my Honda Rebel 1100 and I couldn’t ever get an answer about when it would be shipped to me, I never got a receipt, I never got emails verifying it was ordered. It’s been two weeks since I’ve made my order and still haven’t gotten any info and nor my part I ordered. I will be getting a refund. I would not recommend going through this business for any parts

Just ridiculous trying to get a product returned

On August 10, I bought a camshaft for my Dodge from them. A few days I waited patiently for confirmation of sending the parcel, but I did not receive anything. I wrote them the first message, then another, after a few days another one to which I finally replied that unfortunately they can not give me the tracking number yet.After two weeks, I wrote an email again asking if my package had already been sent. Again I got the answer that unfortunately they can not confirm yet. Another week passed, I wrote an email again and got a reply that they did not have this camshaft in stock and my order was canceled.To tell you the truth, it made me very angry. On their site, this camshaft is still on sale, only the price has increased significantly.. very unprofessional approach to the customer!!
