The order came without a pipe. I have reached out 4 times and even provided photos of the order as it came with no response.

Son muy mentiroso el los precios 😡

Horrible experience no one answers the phone no help I bought an exhaust and couldn’t figure out the valvetronic wires which goes where and tried contacting via phone email no answer never again I do not recommend

Do not shop for parts at this vendor! Horrible customer service, I had to return an item and they made me pay over 100.00 dollars to return the item, then they took 25 percent restocking fee, so I ended up losing almost 400.00 off the purchase. I am still awaiting the refund after over a week since they received the item and was told the vendor has to open the box to ensure everything was in there even after I advised that I never opened the box. This purchase is a nightmare, please stay away from this vendor.

Update so I can reply to their comment: So you reply to my review but won't reply to my MANY phone calls and emails? Wow. Also, How I am supposed to know to tell them it's a convertible? It's not my responsibility to know what facts are pertinent to get the order correct. The rep NEVER asked. On top of it I have ordered parts from the sale rep for this car, they clearly got the info that they needed. Me shipping the part BACK is over $150 on top of the $300 restocking fee. So it's over $450 out of my pocket for your mistake. Are you going to call me back so we can get this resolved, or do we have to talk via online reviews? What an extremely frustrating and time-consuming experience. I have been working on a return with them for over a month and a half, with myself emailing or calling 2-3 times a week (usually with zero reply). Long story short, I ordered a part through their sales team. They shipped me the wrong part and are trying to tell me I ordered the wrong part. They are trying to charge me roughly $400 for a restocking fee and shipping to send the part back. Charging a restocking fee and shipping when they ordered the wrong part is awful. Even worse, the customer service is poor and slow. Hopefully I can get this resolved. The ticket is STILL open.

Is anyone still working in the office? The email has been terribly slow. Wrong item sent to me and only concern on how i am going to return it to them. Nothing mentioned on sending my item to me at all. Its 20+ days. I didnt order a wrong item and try to exchange with you. You sent me a wrong item on your side. Worst customer service i ever encountered.

They sold me a very expensive rear diffuser for my car that doesn't properly fit! I tried to contact the company but haven't heard from them since

They don’t stand behind there warranty I called before the one year warranty was up and they told me the paperwork was not done in time. They wanted videos of what was going on with my running boards sent that to them and they kept telling me they were waiting on the manufacturer to call them back. Then sent me a email saying the warranty was expired and I didn’t get the paperwork in on time which I had called them before the warranty was up and waited on them to send me the paperwork. Do not buy anything from them
