My Fiancé was planning to order me a carbon trunk for father’s day last year. When she spilled the beans and told me I said I’d of rather have a different style. So she ordered me the right one , both on affirm to make payments. She cancelled the first one from vivid.. And confirmed cancelling. Next day the item still shipped out. They told her to except the order and take pictures and inspect for damage. We did that and it’s still sitting here because they said there would be a charge for shipping back. And a restocking fee which would be a complete ripoff to keep making payments on something you’re not getting back even close to what you were charged in the first place.. She tried to be super thoughtful me being a new father and got completely screwed and now paying on 2 trunks.

I ordered brand new clears and one of them came with the light broken. The light strip doesn’t turn on so the blinker doesn’t work. I’ve been trying to reach out to their team and have heard nothing back. Negative experience.

I purchased a pair of sports car wheel spacers on 12/12/23 from Vivid Racing. Per the Vivid website, the size of the spacers I ordered was deemed to be the appropriate size for the REAR of my car. However, an expert in car modification advised me that based on his experience, they would be too large and instructed me to exchange them for smaller ones. On 1/11/24, I called and requested an exchange for the appropriate smaller size. These smaller spacers happened to be the same size of the spacers I had also ordered for the FRONT of my car which worked fine. My return request however was denied by Vivid despite their 30 day return policy. After two weeks of exchanging dozens of emails with them and making several attempts to contact them by phone (each with no answer and my voicemail messages were ignored), they twice requested photos of the unused spacers. I sent the spacer photos each time. After they reviewed the photos and obtained approval from their supplier (another 2-week delay), they issued me an approval for the return, providing me a return authorization (RMA) on 2/6/24. I mailed them the spacers and they confirmed their receipt on 2/15/24. After not having received a response one week later, I emailed an update request on 2/22/24. On 2/23/24, they denied any refund claiming the items were "damaged or in used condition." They claimed that: "Based on the photos you had sent us, this damage was not present at that time." This is a fraudulent claim by them. The photos I submitted for return authorization were exactly how the spacers were when I placed them in the box for return. Vivid emailed me photos of used spacers that they claimed were mine but were not.

They shipped me wheels that didn't fit the car after guaranteeing they would. Then wanted to charge me $400 to restock them!

What went wrong this time? Wonderful question. I placed my order with hopes that this would be a great experience with a reputable company. Upon placing my order I tried contacting the company because shipping sent a notification my order was cancelled. I spoke with customer service who basically said they didn’t know but it would update the next day. After that I asked about potentially cancelling my order. I tried making my account and was never able to log in or do anything. It felt like a scam and I was not provided any update emails on confirmation or anything. I felt like I just threw a bunch of money in the air and hoped it would work out. I made multiple attempts to contact the company with some questions only to have them make contact a week or so after the order was delivered. I’m unsure what is going on at this company but there is a lack of communication and professionalism. Come to find out they did exactly what I should have done and ordered the parts from Spohn directly. Instead of dealing with Vivid Racing I should have just cut out the bs middle man and ordered directly. Will NOT be using this company again. Save your money and look elsewhere. This is the 4th time they’ve sent me an email asking how the order was and how my experience was and I’ve said the same thing every time. This company could care less what you have to say. Save the stress and buy elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Placed my order on 2/7/24, site did not mention item was on back order and expected ship date was 5/31/24. Working on getting a refund currently. Wait time to speak to someone to cancel is a joke!

This company has stolen $750 from me Despite the claims in their response to this review the money has not been refunded! I ordered a custom number from Vivid and it took a month and a half to arrive. Once the bumper arrived it was a complete joke. The body shop doing the work informed me that the bumper was the worst product they had ever seen and seemed it unusable. I immediately returned the bumper to the Vivid warehouse and they said they would refund me the money and here we are 3 months from the original date of purchase and still no refund.

I would never buy anything from them. I called them with a part number. The gentleman asked what I was working on. I told him and he looked it up. Then told me to order it online that I could get a discount using a code. So I did ,the part came and was wrong. The correct part was the one that I wanted to order. Now to get the correct part I have to return this one. Pay a restocking fee and shipping ,just to get half my money back. Now is that a good scam?
