Don’t trust this company. I bought a clutch set for $1299, paid for it, then they emailed saying that they wanted another $250. I cancelled it and it’s taking 3 weeks to get my money back. What a rip off.

Never recieved half of my order after weeks of email/phone calls. Other half of my order was wrong. Only way to get my money back was from filing a claim. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Extremely poor customer service! No returns after 30 days even if original box has not even been opened. I would avoid doing business with a company who treats its customers in this manner. It’s obvious from their poor reviews that many other unsatisfied customers feel the same way. I have done business with many other auto parts suppliers and manufacturers and have never had an issue as I have experienced with Vivid Racing. Buyer beware!

I had a part order in April 21 and one week later they told me they didn't had that part, so I just canceled my order and a requested a refund what I paid for the part but, they haven't told me anything about when I was going to get the refund back what I paid for. It's been almost a week since I requested my money back from this company.

Went on their website and ordered a part only to be told later it was out of stock. They should update their ad instead of letting people waste their time sending the money only to have it sent back. Lost a week waiting for the refund. Unacceptable

So I have figured out all the bad reviews for vivid racing. I was looking for a truck tool box and found exactly what I was looking for from vivid racing. I actually tried to order it and was having problems completing the order. I got to looking into them and many said they had problems getting their order and couldn’t cancel. Some have waited many months on items payed for and never getting a refund. The truck tool box I was trying to order from them had a manufacturers name on it. I called them with the item number that vivid racing had for it and the company that is was to come from hasn’t had that item for 2 years now. So if ordered from vivid racing and paid for they would promise delivery once the item is available. But that would have never happened since it hasn’t been available for 2 years now. I’m glad I didn’t complete that order or that would have been money lost. Stay away from vivid racing.

Descriptions are vague I ordered Eibach bump stops and it only came with one in the box when in the picture it shows a whole set front and rear ones. It was pretty expensive for what it is but the websites at fault for not displaying more comprehensive information. And if you order from Eibach free shipping which I paid for shipping through vivid racing and no tracking information was given
