They are garbage with ship and customer service and they lie I would give them 0 stars but one is required. I have tried to place two different orders and they seem to have lost my orders and can never ship on time

They play alot of games.

I ordered a body kit for my 350z last month 2024 an it came damaged an not only that I call back they claim to not do anything about it an came a week later than it was supposed to so I call to complain to someone named gabby which who didn’t help at all but then not only that the body kit I ordered didn’t even fit my car all the way so I talked to someone higher up an they claim they can’t give warranty or anything that the manufacturer have to give a yes so please save your money to somewhere else I promise there is better out there !

I’ve been waiting for my products to arrive for over two years. I try and get in touch with them and they say the whole Covid thing is the problem. Not good enough. But checked with the supplier of the products that they are getting them from and they have them in stock ?

I spoke with a sales rep about tires and explained my situation and he insured me that my tires would stick out from the sides of my truck. I went ahead and purchased the tires. Had one placed on the rim and put back on the truck and that was not the case. These tires were even with the side of my truck. I called to do a return and spoke with the manager in the returns department, Bailey, who Said they would return three tires but not the one that was placed on the rim because it was considered used even though it never touched the street. Long story short, I am now stuck with one, $850 tire and have to pay $40 per tire ($120) to ship the other three back. My advice to you who are buying tires from this company is, if they ask you to take a picture make sure the tires are NOT on the rim because they will refuse to take it back. I am now $1,000 in the hole due to being given inaccurate information from this company.

Very poor communication and customer service. Only three out of my four piston rings came in an and my seibon hood didn’t come in at all which I paid near 1k for. Reached out many times via call and email but all I got was voicemail and no response through email. Would not recommend this supplier at all if you want what you ordered.

So I forwarded the inquiry to Sales as instructed 5 days ago but still no response: My experience with Vivid Racing has not been positive as well. I have sent them an email inquiry on pricing on an item that just went out of stock. No response. When I called their Sales department, they transferred me to Customer Service, who in turn tried to transfer me back to Sales. I explained to them that I just got transferred by them. Evidently we only have 90 days to review and that is soon approaching. I placed my order on March 4th. It was supposedly an in stock item, but soon after the order I was told it was delayed, but would ship within a month. I received a similar email in April and again in May. They are saying maybe late June now. Unbelievable! They took the payment right away, so if I keep waiting I will have no means to dispute the charge.
