My Luma Ultras are pretty great. I love almost every aspect of them. There are a few things I don't care for. The nose pieces, however many times I've tried switching them out never seem to give me a good viewing angle. Either the bottom or the top ends up being cutoff and it makes gaming difficult especially when it comes to having an HUD that sits toward the bottom of the screen. I bought the dock as well so I could play cyberpunk on my switch 2. Sometimes, when booting the game I have to unplug the switch from the dock and plug it back in to get a video signal and sound. I went through hoops to get both the glasses and the dock replaced and the issues remain. I was told by customer service that this wasn't a common issue but I have my doubts. Customer service was exceptional in trying to figure out what the issue was and sending out replacement equipment, but in the end as much as it's a hassle to unplug and plug back in, these are still pretty cool. My last gripe is the framerate in these glasses. When I plug my switch 2 into the viture dock and play my switch I notice very unsmooth framerates. But when I unplug and switch to either handheld or using the switch 2 dock those framerate jitters disappear. I have updated firmware on the glasses and still no change. I rate these glasses 7 out of 10. I want to say that these were worth the money, but the issues I brought up make it difficult for me to recommend these to anyone that wants their gaming experience to be mindblowing as advertised.

I wasn’t particularly thrilled when my pre-order got delayed by over a month, and I nearly cancelled my order. Viture offered me a free accessory as compensation, and I took them up on it. I appreciated the gesture. The product itself (Viture Beast) was definitely worth the purchase — it has become an indispensable part of my daily carry. Viture has continued to add new features and address bugs with several firmware updates, so at least for now they seem committed to ongoing support.
