The first order arrived quickly and was great. They did send the wrong product and told me that b12 can’t be sent into my state which is untrue because I’ve gotten it from out of state pharmacies regularly. I placed two separate orders and they told me the second one wouldn’t ship for a month because of expiration dates. I’ve yet to receive it. Every time I email they tell me that it’s shipped or completely answer a question I didn’t ask to avoid the one I did. So they took hundreds of my dollars and I have no product!

I bought $599 ( 6 months) what did I get ? One vile 1/4 full , 5 syringes, and alcohol wipes! And yes , they said it's $599 worth. Beware! And I have been in contact with their customer service by email. It was this company! I still have the box and it was $621 with tax on credit card

Quality products fast shipping. My order came overnight well packaged. Also had a 20% discount code which made my order cheaper than their competitors.

I've emailed this company 4 different times as well as left a voicemail. The kit is ordered is back ordered; after I received an email it shipped, not 2 minutes later it said the medication wasn't available. That was 6 days ago and I've been trying to get it refunded ever since. Especially being it's only 50.00 more down the street at a medical spa. I will never utilize this company again

Haven’t had any issues customer service wise. Product has always showed up very quick. Haven’t seen any results after 1-1/2 months 🤷🏻‍♂️

The tirzepatide had no effect and I suspect it contained no active ingredients. Many back and forth emails and their support was slow or non-responsive at all. There are plenty of other reputable providers out there that actually include the active ingredients.

I received my dosage quickly and it has worked exactly as I was told it would. I have lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks and my blood pressure is down to normal range.
