It’s false advertising. It states 20,000 mcg per vial. But once received it stated to inject .20 units 3 or 4 times a week. 20,000 mcgs and 20 injections breaks down to 100 units per injection. When I emailed customer service, they stated that it’s only 500 mg. I would have NEVER paid 8.00 less than what I’m paying to get half of the dose I get through a provider!

I’m mistakenly ordered too many vials NAD+, instead of giving me an opportunity to change my order, lower the number of vials was shipped. Instead, the limit was shipped & the overage was held back & shipped 3-4 months later. It would be nice if there was some sort of order flag letting one know they ordered too many & was given the option to reduce the order.

My experience with this company as far as communication is not great I emailed vitastir and let them know my order of the nad that I paid for has been lost the warehouse could not find it all and all grace did was say hey the package gone be out for delivery today how is that possible if the supervisor from ups told me I won't be receiving no package they can't find it please make it make sense smh grace completely ignored my email y'all need to get up with me and give me a refund I'll be reporting the package stolen today after 5 pm when I get up

Company is nice and nice supportive staff...however the medications never worked after 6 month of trying their GLP1 for weight loss...I actually finished the 6th month 2 lbs heaver then when started 6 months prior. Something wasn't working with their compounding process of the meds they sent me unfortunately.

Unfortunately I'm starting to believe that I could have been scammed. It's a shame there are so many of these companies now carrying these weight loss prescriptions and products however after careful thought and research I decided to use Vitastir!! I am over 2 months into the injections. I have not lost any weight! The very first week I felt something different with my appetite, I thought yay finally I'm going to lose this 20 lb however my second month which is November I had B12 added to my weight loss injection.. hoping to have a little more energy like they claimed it would do! When I received the medication the viales are a little over a quarter of the way full I don't even have enough to do the full injection one time a week. I have not felt any different, other than anxious and upset that this product and this company is doing this to people how many more are there other than me??

The first week of the semaglutide injection, I was so nauseated I could only hold down Gatorade and soup. I have a terrible taste in my mouth 24\7. I lost 3lbs the 1st week, 0 the 2nd week, and I'm on my 3rd week now. I also started yoga and the treadmill the same day of my 1st injection. I'm sad and disappointed. I'll be discontinuing the semaglutide injection this week.
