I never received my medicine

Product always takes much longer to arrive. Additionally package arrives with cooler packs warm to the touch- even when hand delivered by UPS driver. Somehow I was enrolled in auto ship AND at the same time- I was sent an email reminder telling me it was time to reorder- which I did and so then I had a double WARM order and staff will not work with me on a solution.

I tried the tirzepatide injection from a doctor at a clinic, and I felt it was more effective than the one I bought from you.

I took this dose 2.5 tirzepatide in 2025 for 1 month , and it worked amazingly well. It completely suppressed my appetite, and I lost about 5 kg. I stopped taking it when I got pregnant and gained the weight back during pregnancy. Six months after giving birth, I started taking the dose again in October 2026, but this time I haven’t noticed any effect at all. My appetite is still the same, and I don’t understand why it’s not working anymore. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Wrong syringes sent. Poor quality customer service with blaming me and non- response.

I ordered the second month of Tirzepatide 5mg from Vitastir. The pharmacy that supplied the medication was American Life Pharmacy. The Tirzepatide contained B12 and Glycine. Honestly, I am on my third dose, but it hasn't had any effect. The food noise persists, and I haven't noticed any changes. I suspect the vial didn't contain Tirzepatide at all, only B12 and Glycine
