Read the agreement. Read the refund policy. Watch the instruction videos. Look over a ton of reviews. The vast majority of the one and two-star reviews were complaints from people who did not do the above things. The majority of the complaints were either late or no response. So, this is an anecdotal account from someone who does research and enjoys facts. I had a question that was sent to the company at 8:00 pm. I received an answer the next morning. After purchasing the subscription, I found out my insurance would cover a different product through my doctor's office. I sent an email with the required information for a cancelation of the subscription and received confirmation less than an hour later.

The tirzepatide is weak and they don’t fill the bottles for the correct dose for all 4 weeks. Wish I would have read the reviews before using this company and seen other people having same issue. My husband had the same issue with dosage.

Good part: The meds were easy to get and are doing what they need to do. Bad part: On the 4th week I didn’t have enough of the meds for a full dose. It seems like it will happen again this month. I am measuring accurately

I received my first months shot in a very timely manner. I didnt loose any weight nor inches and the price went up substantially when looking at the second months dose. I had no appetite suppression and experienced no side effects, good or bad. Just couldn’t see paying even more for month #2 when i had absolutely no results with the first month dose.

It was pretty easy to order my first month of Tirzepatide. I understand about filing out the form so that their doctor can determine whether it is safe for each individual. It was delivered quick after they completed reviewing the order and form. That was the good. The bad, or not so good. Contacting via email, is a bit slow. I understand that their hours are very limited, and I guess when they are in office working, they are bombarded with all the emails and orders they have reply to and fulfill. I wish that the injections came in the prefilled syringe like Ozempic comes where you can adjust the dosage just by turning it to the specific dosage. The reorder process is unfortunately exactly the same as the first time you order. You have to fill out the form again. I was also trying to take advantage of the black Friday special they had, but was confused if it was only for new customers or existing ones also. There was nothing I could find on the website and I tried emailing them several times and still haven't received an answer.

WELL SO FAR I HAVE JUST LOST 2 POUNDS

I got my first month of semagltide, lost 9 pounds, but my second month is MIA. I’m in the autopay program, and I was assured it would arrive right in time for my next dose. It did not arrive, and it’s been three days since I was supposed to take it. I’m terrified I’ll lose any progress I’ve made and regain the weight back. I’ve emailed them 6 times, was unable to reach an human in the phone, and their live chat has been unavailable for days. This is incredibly frustrating and im pissed off the say the least. They charged my bank account, but I received no meds. Wtaf??!!!!
