Great product ! timely delivery and the best part is it works !!

Update: I finally got a hold of someone. He was very kind and helpful. My order was canceled by them since the shipping label was not correct. They sent out a new order. Obviously, I have not received my shipment yet but I am cautiously optimistic! So happy I got to talk to someone!I I am so frustrated with this company. I have sent seven emails with no response back. I did check to make sure that I was sending the email to the correct address and I was. I even tried responding to the original order email. My order was canceled by the sender today and I am not sure why. The money has already been taken out of my account. It was not refunded and I’m not sure if it will be as I can’t get a hold of anybody. I tried to call and got no one. Has anybody else had an experience like this? What do I do?

I was missing medication.

Great customer experience all around. Fast response and shipping time, reliable, and doesn’t give you the run-around with membership fees and others. Upfront about pricing and product delivered is great and shipped with care.

Seems the formula has changed from when I first started this a year ago I started it and it was working great lost the weight then had to go back on when the weight came back now I’m saying these shots are not having any affects on me now. Same with my friend.

My order took over a 10 business days to arrive, after I emailed them I received my order in 2 days.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had a horrible experience. I never received the product, and they won't send or refund the money. Customer service was rude and unresponsive. I have tried to work with them with no luck--out of over $400.
