Love it ! Highly recommended this company was great

1. They said they would charge one thing and then they charged twice as much. 2. I canceled my order only to learn that I had a sub subscription. I had never signed up for a subscription so I canceled that as well. 3. Three weeks later, I got billed again Only this time almost 3 times what I was originally quoted. I went to my bank and filed fraud charges And got my money back. The other thing I wondered about is whether or not what they sent me was actually glutathione I had heard other people online say that they had theirs tested, and it wasn’t actually glutathione.

This company failed to let me know that they were no longer able to ship tirzepatide to Oklahoma. I had to call in for them to tell me! If you’re ok with lackluster customer service and delayed email responses I suppose the cost is worth it.

This company is awful. I purchased four vials of semigluetide. I had previously ordered from skinny RX and had absolutely excellent results with it. I chose Vitastir because it was a little less expensive, but it was a total waste of my money. I was injecting 30 units and that was more than enough for me… and it would last about two weeks. With the Vitastir I was injecting up to 60 units and having ZERO effect I think I got a bogus batch… either that or it was no linger viable because it took them six days to send it to me and when I got it, it was hot. It’s supposed to arrive in a cooler pack…Still cold overnight…however, I emailed them and told them that the product was hot when I received it and they assured me it was fine and still good to use!!! I will never purchase anything from this company again. Their customer service is terrible.

I told them not to charge my credit card but they did anyway. I cancelled exactly the way their web page instructs but that was ignored by them. Go ahead and try to call them They would not respond to several messages I left or the multiply emails I sent. It's a joke! The customer service is terrible, basically nonexistant. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I usually order my inyectables from Hallandale Pharmacy, so I am pretty familiar with the process. I wanted to try this company,y and the experience was HORRIFIC. Not only the website has no chat window as they claim, but they also have no customer service whatsoever. It's a machine. Then, if you send an email,l you get a call from a different company, a pharmacy, and they also lie! I immediately placed a chargeback with my bank and canceled my credit card so they won't be able to make recurrent charges, but STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Now they called me from a different company trying to make me change my review. And their response is also fake because there is no way to "log in" as I have no account with them Their website is full of fake reviews even posted now (APRIL 2025) dated on May 2025. And then they sent a young man from a different company (injections are us) to call me and when he didn't get what he was sent to (me taking off my review) 5 new "5 stars" reviews showed up one after the other. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT and I am pretty sure their products are too

Month 2 using month 1 dosage - down 18 pounds. Just ordered month 3 using 2 month dosage. So happy. I have drive and energy to go to the gym now.
