Put in order. On 6th day I contacted them because I received no shipping info. They said they were processing it. I emailed that their site said 1-2 days—this was too long and to cancel it. 5 days later I get an update, that a label was created 9:44pm. I immediately wrote and said I had asked to cancel. They told me it was too late. I sent them photo that showed USPS did NOT have the package..they wouldn’t cancel..Then they had nerve to tell me that if I returned it, they would charge 15% restocking fee. Two weeks and I have not received it. Vendor would not return my phone call. I will NEVER use this business.

Took a long time to get my products. Can't reach anyone. Spoke to a girl one time and she was rude. After that couldn't find out where my stuff was. Took like a month to get my stuff. Not a happy camper. Don't recommend.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY SAVING A DOLLAR OR TWO. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY VULGAR AND A 1990 WEBSITE CHECKOUT SYSTEM WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG TO ME. OWNERS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. I CANCELLED ALL THE ORDERS AND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT CREEP

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They are rude and lie. I tried to call and no one ever answered the phone. I emailed and got extremely rude reply’s. I asked repeatedly when my items would arrive so I could get someone to pick them up for me because I was out of town. They said “wait a bit they will come”! What kind of a reply is that? It took a month for them to arrive. The tracking was not updated until the very end. All the reviews are true. This was the most frustrating online experience ever. I will never buy from them again and I will try not to purchase anything from California again either. I wish I could’ve refused delivery. Sounds like I was lucky though because I did finally get what I paid for. Oh, and be careful of the free shipping. I purposely ordered enough for free shipping. Only to get an email several days later (clearly after the 1-2 day shipping period, don’t believe that!) that my order did not qualify for free shipping. The idiot I was said ok just send the items I will pay. Never again.

Update: I received the goods in the end, it took 3.5 months from order, but the goods are as expected. The communications from the company did seem very scammy, but the correct genuine items were delivered! Changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars =) -- Previous review: Kept sending links to post tracking but the links never indicated a parcel was on its way. It’s been 3 months now and my credit card won’t open a dispute because too much time has elapsed. They keep you talking until the time expires.

Did not send what I ordered And when I inquired about it they told me to just try what they sent instead of refunding my money

Oh how I wish I had read the reviews are well before ordering. It has now been 2 wks and I still do not have the vitamins. Just got a tracking 12/20 after sending two email 12/9 order day.As others have said, it does no good to contact them. Still waiting to even see UPSP delivery. I order vitamins because I need them not just for the fun it. I will never order from this company again going forward.

I never received any shipping notification. The order number isn’t even in their system. I cannot get a hold of anyone. I feel so stupid for not reading reviews. They have no social media which is a major red flag. I spent hundreds & I got blocked via email! No way to call. They never answer and you can’t leave a message. That’s crazy to me.
