Ordered soap once on June 17th 2023 and received it, never ordered again. Got an email through my spam box on March 26th 2024 letting me know the product was back in stock and if I did not reply within 2 days my card would be charged automatically. Then got another email April 3rd that the order had been processed. Both of those emails I did not see until April 8th when I recieved a package for the same order back from last year.. also found a bank credit card charge on 3/29/24 for the same amount. After calling the company, the owner explained that the items I previously ordered had been out of stock and since I was notified but did not reply, the order was fulfilled. Needless to say, this company is very fishy and reading more reviews I see I'm not the only ones who's been scammed... I will be talking to my bank and blocking any future transactions. DO NOT ORDER

They advertise items without knowing the quantity; then when you place an order, it takes days to confirm or tell you it is sold out. They need to step up their inventory tracking system asap.

I ordered one product on Monday, Oct 31 and since that I'm experiencing problems with them. First they told me that my payment didn't went through because my credit card was not from US. But, my credit card company had already sent me a confirmation of the payment. I answered them immediately and they told me the product will be shipped. Since then, no tracking number have being updated and they stopped answering me on email. I have also tried to contact them by Facebook and Twitter and no answer from there either. Don't know what to do. The product was supposed to get here today...

Thank you for shopping from our company. Your billing address is in Brazil and you would like to ship this order to US, for seller protection, we have to verify the order with customer before process the order. Your order had been confirmed, the payment did went through. Since the item which you ordered is temporary on back order, it will be shipped out in 1-2 weeks. Sorry to inform you we don't have Twitter account and haven't received your Facebook message yet. Sorry for your inconvenience. But we did received your email and had replied back to you once received it.

It's been over a week now, and I Still don't have my order. I'm not impressed with the "busy signals" at your company either. It's clear to me this is a very small operation probably operating out of a house. The customer service is not great.
