We've been customers for 16 years and continue to greatly appreciate the excellent offerings and customer service from The Vitamin Shoppe. Also, its own Vitamin Shoppe brand is of superior quality — we use a number of supplements such as the Fish Oil Smoothie. And, the pricing and sales are the best out there, especially for the quality of the brands the company carries. The customer service in the stores has always impressed us; the knowledgeable and personable staff always make time to answer questions and offer suggestions without being pushy. The few times we've had to return items was easy and comfortable. Lastly, love the points and end-of-the-year loyalty gift towards purchase based on what you've spent that year.

I had never experienced such a bad customer service I have only bought two item at vitamin shoppe and so disappointed never shipping here again.

I order wrong, 3 hours later I chat live and request cancel. Someone named Aya said don't help me. they work very absurdly if you order wrong you will have to accept the damage, without any help at all.

If I could give the Vitamin Shoppe located in Forest Hills a Zero I would. I had a chip malfunction on my debit card. The cashier behind the counter behaved as if I was thief and stoled my debit card poooor customer service. Never Again!!!

Bad Customer Service! I asked for international shipping rate. The answer I get was, please get in touch with UPS and check it by yourself!

Great products, great locations, excellent in-store and on-line service, high product quality and guaranteed satisfaction on purchases.Over the years I have been very impressed with Vitamin Shoppe. Most importantly their products are top quality, with huge emphasis on meeting pharmaceutical standards. Most of my purchases have been vitamins, food supplements, and protein mixes. Retail employees are well informed and knowledgeable without being "sales pushy". They have a wide selection of products, detailed product ingredient descriptions, and I have always been very satisfied with every one of my purchases.

I've ordered a couple of supplements from thevitaminshoppe and all of them were contaminated with HEAVY METLAS like lead, cadmium,arsenic. Of these supplements, were: cinnamon!,vitamin c gummies, licorice. Now these exact herbals are known to have high lead content, and unless examined and checked and tested for heavy metals, you will get a lead contaminated supplement. Just proves that vitaminshoppe doesn't have any quality control in place. Very disappointing, in fact I took just one pill of cinnamon from the vitamin shoppe, and I experienced neurpathy, and neurodegeneration, by the feeling of the back of my head having needle like aches, and then going into fatigue mood, leg pain, weak appearance, even loss of height! go figure what there is in there. Aren't we done with companies just ordering bulk powders from china and capsulating them without any heavy metals check or quality control?! are our brains that cheap for such a company? our nerves? what drives us to life?! even their vitamin c gummies causes fatigue!! what the actual heck?! Severe frustration. I hope they don't get any customer. again. because this is very unethical and money following company without considering consumers safety
