Hey Bob, thank you for leaving us your honest thoughts. We really appreciate it. I did however reach out to you to let you know that the warehouse probably shipped the package before we were able to switch the address. I've also notified you that your product will be shipped to the correct order ASAP (as soon as I saw that it was delivered to your old address). Perhaps the email was lost in your spam; but rest assured your product will be with you soon :) Thank you! Dom

Love the products from Vitaman. At 70 years old, these skin and hair products are what I could not find anywhere else. And the attention to detail from all the people is a comfort. Even in this digital age I feel that one email or phone call will solve any problems!

Been using various Vitaman products for a few years now. Customer service is always top-notch. I’ve tried other less expensive brands to save money, but always find myself coming back. I don’t think the quality can be beat for the price.
