Please note that after you ordered the free sample kit, we emailed you a list of instructions for each product, along with tutorial videos to help you get the best out of them. The idea behind the free sample kit is to let you try our products, which is why we want to show you how to use them. We also want to ensure they reach you in the best condition, which is why we place them in a protective bag and a box. Unfortunately, if we just shipped you the bag, there's a real chance the products could become damaged in transit. I've checked and unfortunately, we received no such request from you - and this is the first communication we've received from you or your husband. Our hair gel size is 100 g / 3.5 oz and the product, if used as instructed, will last between 6-8 weeks. Unfortunately, I think you may be comparing the size to cheaper "jumbo size" products that feature inferior ingredients like filler. Hi Hamza! Thanks for your honest review and I'm glad you love the products. When it comes to pricing, I believe we offer excellent value for money. Please note that not all grooming products are made equal. We only use the finest, quality natural ingredients and we'll never fill our products with fillers or cheap synethic chemicals. We also find that, on average, our products last 6-8 weeks which is up to twice that of some competitors. I do appreciate you being honest though.
