I love your guys products. They feel natural in the hair, and smell natural. My hair has gotten noticeably healthier over the past month or two. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is the extremely slow shipping.

Hey Connor - thanks for your honest review and I'm delighted you're seeing noticeably healthier hair! I'm very sorry your order took longer than normal to arrive; we process all orders within 1 working day and 90% of orders are received within 3-5 working days max but unfortunately we experienced adverse weather recently and USPS and FedEx could not pick up any orders from our warehouse. I understand this is frustrating but sadly it was out of our control. I'm glad to say that things are now back to normal! Thanks for your patience, and your business; we really do appreciate it. Gavin - VITAMAN

Response from VITAMAN USAJan 10, 2022
Hey Bradford, thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear you products haven't arrived; I've checked your order history and everything is showing as 'delivered', bar your last order which is showing as 'in transit.' We ship with FedEx and USPS and you can track your order via your order confirmation email, from the moment you purchase on our website. If your order is ever delayed, you can email me directly and I'll find out what has happened, and if necessary, send your product again. In this case, I've sent you an email so we can fix this problem. Thanks, Gavin - VITAMAN
