Vitaly DesignReviews of vitalydesign.com

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I’ve had a great experience with Vitaly Design! Their customer support team is not only professional but also genuinely thoughtful. They responded quickly, followed up with care, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. It’s rare to find a brand that puts so much heart into both their products and their service. The entire process was smooth, and the team went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend supporting this brand — they definitely support you back!

This experience was amazing. I got the help I wanted and the questions I needed answered in no time at all. They were knowledgeable about each of my questions and helped me the whole way through. Five out or five.

I had some issues with tariffs and they were able to resolve it in a timely manner.

Needed to have some information changed in my profile due to an ID theft issue-- wasn't able to make the changes myself online, but Customer Support was very responsive to my email and corrected the issue for me. I am a returning Vitaly customer and am very happy with their products, support and shipping. Thank you!

Took care of me without question!! Couldn’t say more!! Top rate customer service.

Never in my life have I supported a jewelery brand as hard as I do Vitaly. their stuff isnt cheap but neither is the quality. top tier excellent pieces that I will continue to buy because its just so GOOD. Also, customer support is also goated, they got back to me in less than 30 seconds and honestly that shocked me. for sure gonna vuy more in the future.

Ha sido mi primera compra. Estoy pendiente de un cambio porque es un regalo y necesitamos uno más grande. He de decir que contestan súper rápido para resolver cualquier duda

I recently made a mistake in my order and reached out to their support for help correcting it. Their team was super responsive and helpful. They were able to help me with my problem.
