Unprofessional
I sent them an email regarding a product I purchased that I had issues with and they never responded back! I will not recommend them nor purchase again from them.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Have waited nearly a month for my purchase. I have contacted the customer service people 3 times and I receive the same response of "it can take up to 48 hours for the system to update". That makes no difference and I have asked for a refund which I am sure will be a nightmare to get back. DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. Customer service will not help you and Im 70euros out of pocket.

Non receipt of order #1518
I placed an order on 7th May and still not been delivered. The useless tracking service does not work, it just shows an airplane flying around. Respond to my emails with generic replies promising my order is on its way. I will be requesting a credit from my credit card

Preis-Leistung für den Preis?
Also ein einzelner Edelstahl Ring für 65€ ist echt zu Teuer und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für den Preis auch nicht... Die Verpackung sieht zwar sehr Edel und Hochwertig aus aber das rechtfertigt ja den Preis nicht...

Our prices reflect not only the cost of materials but also to cover the cost of the time and effort spent designing, manufacturing, revising, quality checking, shipping and marketing the item, all before being priced to turn any kind of profit, which is necessary for employees to get paid.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, all earrings are final sale items and are excluded from returns and exchanges. This is to prevent hygiene-based risks to preserve the safety of our customers. There are no exceptions made to these policies around earrings after they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

If only there was a minus button
If there was a minus button, there would be numerous minus. Please dont be fooled that this company is in the UK, they are not! This delivery has gone ftom 3-5 days to 7- 14 days. Its approaching a month. The service is poor and customer service is poor. Forget the tracking. The reviews are a warning. I will not recommend this company. Save yourself money and stress and boycott this bunch of cowboys. Their apologies are meaningless. Just one long scam.

Finger Weg ! Die versprochene hochwertige Ware kam an und was soll ich sagen, Alibaba Qualität. Schlecht gefärbt, Einschlüsse im Metal und sogar schon Rost. Auf mehrere Nachfragen wurde nicht reagiert. Habe bei Insta Druck gemacht da wurde dann wie folgt reagiert… Originale Email : I can see what you meant with the issues you have referred. What we can do is offer to send you a new replacement. As for the one you have, in order to process your warranty request, we will need to take that item back from you. Please ship your item back to: Vitaly EU, Unipessoal, LDA Rua Caminho do Senhor, N. 257 Vila Nova de Gaia 4410-083 Porto Portugal Please follow the steps below to ship your item back: 1. Ship your order back within 7 days. Please use your country's local post. 2. You may be asked to fill out a customs form at the post office. Our company does not provide shipping labels within the EU. However, the agent helping you was willing to offer you a gift card to combat these fees as a courtesy.
