Price dropped by over 54euro just 2 days after my first purchase(total order was 180euro . I sent a polite email asking for a price adjustment and was completely ignored. A disappointing first impression means I won't be a returning customer.

La garantía es una tomadura de pelo. Un artículo usado una vez presenta una parte doblada que resulta incómodo para el uso,debido a un defecto de fabricación o mala calidad,porque no es normal este tipo de inconvenientes en las piezas,pues me dicen que no lo cubre la garantía,ni siquiera me ofrecen posibilidad de reparación y menos sustitución o un reembolso. Muy decepcionado porque no existe tal garantía, inesperada valoración,no voy a comprar más nada después de años haciendo pedidos,no quiero invertir en piezas que tenga que tirar a la basura,para una vez que he reclamado,un 1%. Si tienes un problema con alguna pieza es posible que no respondan y dinero tirado,mejor invertir en otras marcas que al menos ofrezcan posibilidad de reparación de la pieza. Así mismo las piezas en color dorado se rayan increíblemente por sólo un uso,creo que está perdiendo calidad.

I purchased from them online. The payment was approved, the money came out of my account, but they decided it was "suspicious" and therefore would refund my money and not send the goods. Of course, the money has not yet arrived back to me, several months later...clearly scammers!

In these circumstances, when an order is restricted, we try to override the restriction with the customer's assistance. In circumstances where we can't override the restriction, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to ensure customers get their money back. This is to protect both our business and the customers from any potential fraud attempts. When your order was cancelled, it was also refunded, which would have also sent you a notification. It typically only requires 3-10 business days for most banks to reinstate these funds to customer accounts. Ich rate jedem hier nur zu bestellen wenn man ganz sicher mit der Bestellung ist. Bei einer Retoure trägt man die hohen Kosten nach Portugal selbst. Bei einem Unternehmen dieser Größen und den Preisen könnte man eigentlich erwarten, dass eine Rücksendung übernommen wird. Zudem ist die Retoure auch noch übermäßig kompliziert. Würde hier nicht mehr bestellen auch wenn ich den Schmuck gut finde.

The return shipping process is simple, whereby requests can be submitted through our online portal, and customers must simply ship their items back following the provided instructions. I bought the Scylla x CurrieGOAT chain from Vitaly and was told by the store staff that I could return or exchange it within 30 days. The chain failed on the first try — yet Vitaly refused a refund and claimed they “don’t offer refunds under any circumstances,” despite their website stating otherwise. There was no mention at purchase that this was a final sale. No signs in the store, no warning — just policies hidden at the bottom of their site. That’s misleading and, under Ontario law, may be illegal. Vitaly does not honor their 30-day return policy. They hide behind vague wording and refuse accountability even for defective items. ⚠️ If this happens to you, file a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario and initiate a chargeback through your credit card provider. That’s the only way companies like this will learn to respect their customers. What’s the point of a 30 days return and exchange guarantee if they fail on Day 1 and still deflect responsibility?

Unfortunately, the items you were trying to return were not eligible for standard returns after they became damaged, but we were more than happy to assist you with a warranty claim. We understand that you didn't want to submit a warranty claim, however due to the damage to your items in your care, a standard return was not possible. Approved warranty claims provide a direct replacement, or in this case, would have given you store credit to put toward another item as is normal within our policy for out-of-stock items. My original shipment never arrived and the company refused a reimbursement of my order, sending me only 1 of 3 articles and giving the rest via gift card so I have to spend the money on other things and cannot return my wares. They claim it's not their fault so they take no responsibility and offer no goodwill. But of course they will get their money back from the carrier, and they want me stuck with a gift card so they don't lose revenue. I've never seen such bad practice for an online store, and I sadly cannot recommend buying there except you like endless discussions.

No pride in their products whatsoever. Bought from them many times prior, but this time around there was a quality control issue with one of the necklaces that I got. The necklace has a rough edge on the connecting ring which caught onto my sweater and ripped a hole in it. Reached out to them, and they simply sent me an automated email to file for a warranty claim. Clicked on the page they’ve provided, but it takes me to product return page instead. No more email response from them after that. This company is a disappointment, and I will not spend another dime on them.

necklace warped out of shape after less than one month of wear. When I reported the issue I was told that "the warranty does not cover wear and tear". The whole experience was icky, poor customer service, and disingenuous communication, I did not get the impression they wanted to help me at all. I have no idea what warranty would cover if not something that breaks immediately.
