Best jewellery brand ever. The customer support fixes any problems like no other company. And quality of the products is awesome just the design of them can surpass it.

I can’t comment on others’ experiences, but the delivery process for me went very smooth. Received updates on the delivery process throughout. Even the packaging looks unique and impressive, but it can be a little hard to open. [Especially the outer package, which was really gluey and difficult, but it gave me peace knowing my items were secure and I could tell nobody had the chance to tamper with them!] The items are really beautiful, no complaints, although one ring doesn’t fit very well for the finger intended. I can use it on another, no problem, but I highly recommend people into knowing their specific sizes before ordering— don’t size up or down if you’re looking to order a ring for your index, middle, or ring fingers. All in all, very nice experience, although the reviews initially got me worried. :-] Figuring out the jewelry [how it works, what to do with it] after you receive it can be really fun as well!

Ist schon länger her, da habe ich mir einen Ring bestellt und trage ihn täglich. Ich bin mit der Qualität und der Verarbeitung total zufrieden und liebe diesen Ring. Leider gibt es ihn nicht mehr im Sortiment. Vielleicht könntet ihr mal eine Neuauflage machen? Ich weiß leider nicht mehr, wie das Modell hieß, es gab ihn in Gold oder Silber und er sieht aus, wie der "Ring der O". Der Ring ist ca. 6cm breit und an ihm hängt ein kleinerer Ring, der ganz rund ist. Ich würde ihn sofort wieder bestellen... Alles in allem war ich mit dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, der Qualität, der Verpackung und der Lieferzeit sehr zufrieden! Von mir 5 von 5 Sternen!

Also ich kann nicht verstehen wo die negativen Reviews herkommen. War erstmal dadurch vom Kauf hier eher abgeneigt, doch habe trotzdem mir was bestellt und was soll ich sagen, das Paket kam trotzdessen, dass es aus Portugal kam nach 4 Tagen an, ohne irgendwelche Probleme, die Ringe die ich mir bestellt habe, sehen auch qualitativ hochwertig aus. Werde definitiv nochmal was bestellen.

Amazing experience. Every issues has been met with professionalism, not that I had many. I had a necklace that has a little faulty part in the making. And another one was sent free!

I’m in love! It took just one week to come to Dubai, the design is amazing, i was looking for long time. All the rings fit perfectly as i chose. I don’t know about the quality yet, it needs time to understand, but i really appreciate that the steel is made of recycled materials! Thank u)

Incredible people as well as the products. Had a final sales item, it turned out it wasn't my size. When at first i couldn't return i send an email and the problem was immediately fixed. Got my ring and it's really good quality. Can't understand how others have had such a bad experience. I felt very safe throughout the whole thing. Do recommend.
