I was contacted via e-mail by a nice person by the name of Kris who apologized and arranged for a replacement ring FREE OF CHARGE to be sent to me. The package was sent out on the 17th and on the next day I received my beautiful Exile Ring. Thank you again, Kris, I will definitely be a lifetime customer now! C.C Barrett New York

I've stumbled upon this innovative, creative, and trendy fashion/apparel company, and I've been impressed with the production, distribution, and marketing of its brand(s). I'm also satisfied with the company's direction/vision

Let me start off by saying, I was so nervous to order from Vitaly. Because of the reviews. I'm glad I put the bad reviews aside. I did anyway, because I loved their style of products. Placed order Sunday 9/18. Waited 2 days for them to ship. Called and asked how long it normally takes to ship because I ordered part of these items for gifts. They fast tracked my order & had it shipped by the next morning, 9/21. Recieved my order today, 9/21 Thursday. I'm stoked. Customer service was very helpful & understanding. No one picked up the first time I called, but I left a message & they called back within 15 min. I would order from here again, I hope all of these bad reviews are just bad experiences only & not how they do business. From my stand point & my experience, it has been nothing but awesome. Thank you Vitaly, for taking care of a new customer so well!

I ordered two chains as a gift for my boyfriend and he loved them. they were definitely more expensive than i feel is necessary kindof like i paid more for the fancy packaging than the actual jewelry. There was one defective piece but they responded very quickly and sent me a replacement. Overall very satisfied and would buy more from them in the future.

Bought a teddy chain from their site. Got is as a gift from a dear one, beautiful piece by the way. Unfortunately, the bear got lost but was covered by the warranty. Very happy about the costumer service.

Ran into some issues with getting my order delivered, customer service did reach out and was helpful and sent a reshipment

I made a several purchases from them, a neck chain and a few rings. Jewellery quality, delivery, etc - all was fine

i just received my trespass chain. great packaging and had zero issues with my chain or shipping.
