Ive been purchasing Vitaly pieces for the past 6 years. Every piece is always top quality, the service is exceptional. One time I had a bracelet with an older clasp and when they released a new model a few days later. I asked for an upgrade and they were happy to exchange. I get asked all the time about the pieces I buy and refer everyone to it. Ever since they were a small shop in Toronto the quality and designs have been evolving in a future proof way. I even have a few clothing pieces that are still staple pieces in my wardrobe before they discontinued. So they are my archive specials. I’ve moved from Toronto to Stockholm and luckily I can still purchase pieces and see the waves they are making globally. Look forward to the next season of releases and snatching up some new favourite pieces.

I have at least six pieces of Vitaly jewelry. When my latest shipment arrived, the bracelet I ordered was unfortunately too big. At Vitaly's request, I sent proof by photos in comparison to my other bracelets and the actual size in inches. Vitaly quickly confirmed that it was a mistake on their part and would ship a new bracelet as soon as I sent the other one back. It was a very easy process. I received my new bracelet and am very pleased with it as well as my other pieces. I highly recommend Vitaly and their customer service agent Richard was very cooperative, efficient and provided great service!

I had an issue with my necklace when it arrived that one if the magnets fell off But Jerry with customer service was amazingly helpful with sending a replacement Very professional Awesome dude 10 outta 10, will be shopping with yall again

I adore my pieces! I got the Cuban chain and the Halo chain and was impressed with the quality. They IMMEDIATELY became staple pieces for me. Also, I purchased them online on a Monday and they arrived 2 days late on Wednesday. Love love love
